AirLoop did the work no other AC company would touch. They installed our factory direct equipment for us when others wouldn't because they couldn't charge 2-5 times Cost. The Quote AirLoop gave was fair, reasonable & all inclusive. They showed up on time and completed the Job efficiently and to our satisfaction. Great service and timing. I had another HVAC company out to look at my blown motor and they quoted 45% more and couldn't fix it for another 5 days.
I won't name the other HVAC company but you've seen their name, also tried to get me to buy a whole new furnace because the repair cost was so high I "might as well".
Airloop technician came out and looked at it to confirm the diagnosis (waived the diagnostic fee or didn't even ask) and replaced it the next day for less. Quick, reasonable price and nice service techs. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future

Price gougers.. They wanted to charge me $750 plus tax to change an inducer motor on my furnace. Was able to get the new motor on Amazon for $100 and changed it myself in 1/2 hour. $650 for labor? Really? Glad I didn't go with them.

The technician clearly told us that WE CAN DECIDE if we want to do it or not after he place the order next day since it's such an expensive repair. He also said that he may or may not have the part next day, all depends on the supplier and when your company can get it. How your company get parts is

Got my appointment scheduled on Yelp before my dryer delivery. Called to confirm the appointment a day before. But no one showed up on the day of the appointment. Tried to contact with them but no one answered the call. It caused a big problem for my family. This is not professional, do not use them.

We had issues with a thermostat that prevented our system from cooling in the summer. We called around to several places and it was days before they could send out a repair team. I found AIRLOOP and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to second someone out the same day. Their team, diagnosed the problem, got us a new thermostat, explained how to use it and we had cool air the same day. We had another issue months later (different) and we also had a great experience. We would highly recommend AIRLOOP. They are professional, knowledgeable and fair in pricing

Had an issue with our gas furnace and got another company to come in and give a quote. They told me the induction motor wasn't working and would need to be replaced, giving me a fairly high quote for replacement. I wanted to get another quote and ended up going with Airloop as they said their quote fee would come out of the cost of repairs, unlike the other company I used before. When Jairo and team came in, they showed me that the induction motor was working fine and it was actually another part (motherboard) that had to be replaced.
