Having been in and around the construction industry for 30 years and working as an Independent Insurance Adjuster for 11 years, I have gained significant expertise in roofing methods and general construction techniques. I am an expert in evaluating storm related damage to the roof and exterior of your home, and in understanding the insurance coverage and claim process.
If a recent wind or hail storm has caused you some concern about the condition of your roof, this type of damage is generally covered by your insurance company. If you're not sure if your roofing issues are covered by your insurance policy, Kevin O'Haver is an expert in insurance claims with 12 years of Independent Claims Adjuster experience and he has evaluated thousands of roofs for coverage.
The tear off and replacement of existing roof down to the roof deck and replacement with a new final roof covering which could be new asphalt shingles or a standing seam metal roof. This involves finding where the leak is coming from, which is not always obvious and may require attic inspection. Then we will determine the extent of repair required.
In most cases you can not tell if your roof is damaged by hail or wind from the ground. You may have some indication of hail damage due to damaged window screens, dented gutters or dented cars. If you notice this type of damage, you likely have hail damage to the roof. Sooner than later. We are here to help.

We observed water damage on our ceiling and Mission City promptly responded with clear pricing and availability. Kevin inspected the roof and identified the issue, and that it should in fact be covered by a builder warranty. He actually helped provide the specific language and photos for me to make the case to the builder that it was a covered issue. He even offered to call the builder directly!

Kevin and his crew were very thorough and professional in all aspects. I had four areas of concern, from a recent storm, that lifted or removed shingles. They were able to fix the problem areas and color-matched the existing roof shingles.

Not all roof companies have an owner with contractor and adjuster experience like Kevin. He was very responsive and maintained good communication and physically present for job oversight. Crew was on time and worked diligent so that my roof and gutters were completed just before we got rain event! Kevin at Mission Roofing has been fantastic. I had a previous contractor doing a back deck and only completed part of it when he walked off the job. I would like to take a moment to recognize and recommend Kevin O'Haver of Mission City Roofing. We needed our roof replaced due to the last couple of years of bad weather and wear and tear. A year before the Hail storm of 2016, I had a new metal roof installed. The experience of working with a unknown name and company, left me very skeptical. Mission City Roofing was awesome! They are professional, courteous, and timely. I was most impressed by how careful they were to protect the plants and shrubs around the home when taking off the old roof.
