Paul did a great job diagnosing and fixing my problem. Ultimately we had a sewer line break. While another company didn’t even find the problem and offered 3 tiers of pricing for a repair, with the top one being at about 20k, Paul tried to understand the issue and start w small steps - literally saving me thousands. You can tell he and his wife are good people with your best interest. Only problem - hard to get a hold of him - he’s in demand, but definitely worth the wait.

I had 3 different plumbing issues that I called about and within one hour after the guy arrived, everything was fixed!! He was kind and you could tell he cared about being honest and working hard. I was nervous because i just became a 1st time home buyer and this was my first plumbing issue. I was charged less than $100. Honest and affordable! So glad my mamaw and pawpaw recommended to use m & s!!

I called on a Friday requesting M&S Plumbing replace my 26-year-old Garbage Disposal. Was told they were swamped with work and would get me into the schedule the following week. They called Tuesday morning and would be out in a couple hours. Mike arrived, wearing a mask and rubber gloves (during the COVID-19 Pandemic), by 11:00AM. He installed a 3/4 HP Sinkerator in about 45 min. This garbage Disposal is top quality and incredibly quiet! This company sent a gentle giant (Michael) to install a new water pressure regulator. Not only did he fix that, he asked what other issues I was experiencing. I told him that I have been hearing shuddering in the lines. He did a thermal pressure test and determined I needed a pressure tank on my hot water line. It totally fixed my issue and now my pressure is great and my hot water is steady and hot! Thanks M&S plumbing!
