Chimney Rock has installed and serviced our air conditioner & heating for 30 years. Brian, Troy & Pat are a pleasure to do business with and I’m so thankful to have had their help all these years. I like that they have been in business for so long and can absolutely be trusted. I really appreciate that they change my filters and clean the vent as a courtesy. I also like that they will mail my bills when needed. Highly recommend Chimney Rock Services!!

Having a service provider who responds promptly and does excellent work is a comfort for a homeowner who has a older home. If we have an AC issue when it is hot, Chimney Rock comes to the rescue quickly. All the service folks are great to have in your house and the owner makes sure you are taken care of correctly. Chimney Rock Service has been servicing our air/heat system for years. We recently found it necessary to replace our entire air/heat system. We did not hesitate to get a bid from Chimney Rock Service and contracted them to do the work. They performed in their usual manner. The job was performed quickly, neatly and professionally. I'm so glad I called Chimney Rock Service for
a/c maintenance . This is a small family owned business handed down from generations before. Matt did a great job. I chose to use them after lots of research. The owner answered my call and let me know there were 30 folks ahead of me and they take repairs first. Really admired his concern for his customers in need vs catering to new business. Regardless they called a couple days later with an opening.

Chimney Rock Service is a high quality and honest HVAC contractor. I had a complete change out installed. When I got home that evening everything was professionally installed and I never knew they were there, the cleaned up was spotless. I have had this unit for a year and half and everything is still working like it is suppose to. I was recommended a 2 speed unit and it has saved me hundreds of dollars on my electric bill while it keeps us very comfortable. I highly recommend Chimney Rock Service if you want quality, they may not be the cheapest nor the most expensive. There prices are fair and

Chimney Rock was very professional, efficient, and friendly. Brian and his crew did a great job!! Before they left, Brian made sure everything was installed and working properly. (Updated) I am updating the post below that I left a while back and am reaffirming the 5 stars. It finally became time to replace my old system, which was nearly 20 years old. They just couldn't bandage it up any more. I did a complete system swap out (heating and AC). The Chimney Rock guys did a great job at a very reasonable price. They did the install, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled everything away. I love the new system. It is much more energy efficient and the AC unit is much quieter (it is on my patio, so this is important to me). I can also control my thermostat with an app on my

I cannot say enough about Chimney Rock A/C Service. Let me see...what one word to best describes Chimney Rock A/C Service...prompt...courteous...fair...reasonable...honest...etc. You be the judge.
I had called my home warranty to make an A/C claim. They sent an A/C service rep (from another company) to the house, but the guy refused to work on the A/C. He said the unit was installed incorrectly. He also said that it needed four pounds of freon and the coils needed to be cleaned. he quoted me a price that was astronomical. To top it off, based upon his assessment, my home warranty denied

Troy, Brian and the Chimney Rock Service crew replaced the A/C and furnace system in our 50 year-old Meyerland home. The entire job was done in about six hours and the house was cooled off in no time. The guys kept the house very clean and the workmanship was excellent. And, best of all, the price was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend Chimney Rock Service to our friends.
