We have been dealing with them since early October. They try to handle everything through email which is extremely inconvenient. The cycle has been to email a quote, we pay it, they say they're waiting on something from "the city", claim the city needs something else done, say they're going to send a new quote "soon", send a new quote days later, we pay immediately, repeat. As of today 11/8/2021 we still do not have running water and we are waiting on quote #3 from them.

After a rocky start earlier today between myself and Carol the scheduling agent I was unsure how my rating would pan out. The company honored the commitment made by one of its employees and the technicians were polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. I have no reason to score less than 5.

They come yesterday and first they charge by hour plus what they do okay they come and do the job fixed charge and leave I call 2 hours later because something it’s wrong ok and they said the pass my report and someone going to call me okay no one call me since today and said o we can do nothing if I come back I have to charge you again because this and that how I going to pay again for something it’s not good and fix I just spend my money for nothing because we have to fixed by my self I wish I never call them bad workers and policy they don’t warrant nothing

During the great winter of 2021, one of our pipes busted. We were among the thousands whom this happened to. I have always been hesitant about plumbers (scary stories about overcharging and doing a bad job), so I was super picky. Thankfully my neighbor, Kevin, is a manager at Belknap Plumbing Systems. He set us up with an appointment and we had Saul Medina and Bobby help us.
They did an AMAZING job. They walked us through the process as they learned more about the leak. They were careful moving things that were in the way, and did a great job throwing trash away as they made a hole in the wall

We had a busted water pipe on the outside of our home during the winter storm. Belknap sent two plumbers out to do the repair. Not only were they fast and efficient, they also had great attitudes while working outside with freezing temperatures and rain coming down. We appreciate their help and are thankful to have called Belknap for the repair....we were able to turn our water back on 5 days before our neighbors who should have called Belknap!

I hired them to unclogged my toilet. They had the wrong machine so they had to come back 2 hrs later with the right machine/snake to finish the job. They spent a total of one hour of work and yet charged for 4 hours, $750.00. Very dishonest people. You will not be in business for long.

The technician was properly masked and complied with all of our cond procedures. We had ordered toilets that Consumer Report had tested and the technician was able to completely install, test, and cleanup within three hours. The work included picking up the new toilets and delivery of the old ones to building maintenance. The original verbal estimate was $350 and the job, with pars not included in the estimate was $399 with a $125 per hour billing charge. I will re-hire Belknp for future plumbing needs!

They came to my home off a neighbor recommendation...they said Kenny was the owner and a great guy. The techs came to my home because I had a shower that just stopped running water. It was a concern for me because I knew the water was on but where was it going?? So I called them and they discovered it was a valve behind the shower wall that stopped working. They ordered the part so it was a 2 day job because the part wasn't on hand, but I also had my toilet replaced and at no time did they mention the price which is my mistake too but I own another home and I've had toilets replaced so I expected

I had a constant clogged line and three plumbing companies came out unstopped and a few days later the same issue. Saul came out and figured out I had a collapsed line. they where very knowledgeable and quick, repaired the line and have had no issues since. Hope I never have another issue but if I do I will be sure to reach out to them again.

Called to get an estimate for a gas line to the back yard BBQ pit. The guy was an hour late so I was not too impressed at first but once he got there he was knowledgeable and gave me a quick and competitive quote. After getting a couple others I decided to go with Belknap’s quote. The guys returned two days later and got it done. So only 4 stars because of the lateness.

I wouldn't hire these A-holes again for anything. One of their guys showed up to my home. He was supposed to, first, know what he was doing, second, repair what was broken.
The whole house shutoff valve was frozen. I needed to have it either repaired or replaced. It's important to know that this was post Harvey. There were no cabinets or walls in my home.
The plumber arrived at my home around 7:30 and sat in his van until 8:25 on his phone. I was sitting in my office wondering what he was doing. I got up and went outside. He said that he thought I wasn't home, because he didn

I encourage you to stay away from this business. I called them to replace a back flow preventer on my home. The plumber arrived late, did horrific work (think black duct tape!). I wrote the owner and he never responded. I hired another firm that completed the job first class. Two months later Belknap sent me a letter threatening a lien on my home if I didn't pay. I was forced to pay them and the second company that completed the work. Dealing with Belknap was a nightmare.

On a holiday weekend I had an exterior buried water pipe break. Belknap saved the day. Their service was fast, professional, expert, and efficient. Because of the location he upgraded the fitting to an "A" class to ensure I would never have this problem again in the future.
