We have used Turbo Home services twice before in the past and after getting an outrageous quote from others for a few inside faucet installations and repair to outdoor faucet we decided to call them for quotes again. They got back to me super quick and the technician Justin that came out was really polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I showed him all our projects we were wanting done and even fixed one on the spot and told me how to fix it if it happened again! So nice! Can’t wait to have them out and do business with them again. Definitely recommend! My Ac went out, I called at 11am, Shawn was here by 12pm, very professional and thorough. He took his time to explain exactly what was wrong and all my options to me. And the replacement unit was done quickly to keep us as comfortable as possible. They have great prices, equipment, and employees! I am very happy with my experience.

They've been giving me the run around. I lost $700 with them. Going on 2 months and they still haven't finished the job. Ive called and called to rectify. Reception folk are good but no manager or anyone calls back or resolves anything. Now I have to spend more money with another company to fix what they didn't.

Water from the AC unit leaked through the ceiling into the hallway in front of my office. Alex Z quickly diagnosed the problem and, in the process, helped me understand why my office was hotter than other offices in the building. The air duct leading to my office was completely collapsed. Now I can finally take this little fan off my desk. Great Job!

Very unhappy with the customer service. I had an appointment, waited here for the tech who never showed. When I called the office the person who answered was rude and made no apologies for the fact that I waited for a tech who never showed.
The office then said their technician said he arrived at my house, we had a plumber here working, he said… the plumber told him my “appointment was canceled” so the Turbo tech left. I spoke with the plumber who said that absolutely did not happen. He said he would have no reason to tell an AC guy to leave and certainly did not.

I am VERY displeased with turbo home services! On 6/2/21 they came out to check out my outside a/c unit. The tech said if it tripped the breaker he was sure my motor was fried and I needed a new one. He also said he wasn't sure about my wiring & wanted a more experienced tech to come out the next day to check it out and he would waive the $39.99… for him showing up because he dis NOTHING!. I was stupid enough to go along with him and paid him $675.00 for a new motor and install. ( I installed the existing motor myself & paid $75.00 for it so turbo jackd the price WAY up) But I wanted

I had used this company before to get an evaporator coil replaced. They were fast and did what I requested. However this time when I requested the capacitor be replaced on my condenser unit they have charged me $350 to replace a "bad" breaker that was hot and tripping. The breaker was hot because the capacitor is bad. The replacement breaker is… used and appears older than the existing breakers in the box. My AC still does not work because they did not diagnose the issue nor do what I requested of them. I am happy to update review once service is performed satisfactorily.

I was promised yesterday I will get the job done for my AC unit, they charge me in advance and never come back, I had to called 2 times to find out that they were not coming, now they say they are coming today but I still haven’t received the call back from the manager. I had to change a doctor appointment yesterday to wait for them, the appointment is today and I don’t even know at what time they are going to come. Horrible communication and lack of consideration for the customer, I am having a terrible experience with this company.

I scheduled a service for one of my AC units which was not cooling as much but still functioning. They sent a technician who could not speak English well and said his English is not so good he will have a friend to call me. He gave me his personal number and few minutes later I received from his friend who blatantly told we can do this job for you on the side for $1,100 if you give it to the company they'll charge you a lot more. I would recommend this service provider. The technician, Ricky, was very knowledgeable, took the time to review what problems I thought I had and gave me an estimate of about how much money and time it would take to take care of my issues. Once he arrived he explained everything and also let me know a couple of things that were an easy fix and others I didn’t actually need at the time.
