I have been dealing with Chavez Plumbing for almost 20 years. Privately owned, Family owned and operated and its one of the many reasons I trust them. They are always on time and during this storm, they were early and waited for me to get home. They worked well into the night and showed up early the next day to finish laying all new pipe inside and out. Neat, friendly and most have been with this outfit longer than I’ve known them. Prices are reasonable, no more or less than anyone else. The difference is whenever I have an issue, they show up and fix it correctly every time!

Contacted Chavez Plumbing on recommendation of local highly rated HVAC Co. Told plumber - no rush, gurgling in toilet during shower. Free to come whenever, no rush. He was at my home within 30 minutes (I was at work) (was there less than 25 minutes) (I have cameras), and said no clog and I owed him $ 385.!!! Next shower, same gurgling, called another local Plumber, he came our the next day, fixed the clog, and left. Chavez Plumbing lied and cheated me. I will never recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great. I had a behind the wall leak, they came out, quicky figured it out, fixed it, cleaned up, and snaked a shower that slow drains. I expected to pay a grand, it was only $270. The two plumbers were very nice, put on booties over their shoes, and did a nice job with the sheetrock.
I’ve used them several times over the years and been impressed with how reasonable they are relative to their skills.

Chavez Plumbing came out right away for water main leak but went downhill from there. Julio and 2 others installed new pipe to replace initial pipe which was leaking. Did a good job. For How much this cost I should have gotten everything done correctly and neatly, especially since I now have more problems and cost to deal with. When covering up the new pipe they left many sticks in dirt and Now I found out they cut, in multiple places, the wire to control my in-ground watering (which I was led to believe they knew all about working with this). Now I must pay more for that fix!

Had burst pipe and they fitted me in asap.called ahead and were very nice.ceiling fell and they clean mess.would have gave 5 stars but they quoted me at job of$180.00 to put strap on but they found another pipe stress they double price to put a second strap on.it was all easy access.thanku for coming but $185. Per hr was much to be here hour and half

Additional Items were installed that did not have to installed. I was sold a bill of goods. Iwanted a 40 gallon water tank and got a 38 Gallon tank. A Pressure alve was installed on my main water line. and another tank installed above my tank. I have a shower head that can stop the flow of water. It was always the same temperatue when I turned it on and off. Now the tempiture varies from hot to cold
