This was by far my best moving experience and i have moved a great deal with various companies. This team was excellent at communicating, professional, prompt and got the job done with no excuses and the customer in mind.
They treated all my items even better than i would have myself. In the course of the move there were a few challenges. Most teams would have just left the issue for me to resolve but their leadership jumped in and spent an hour resolving the issue. They also took the time to repair a damaged item that was not precious or a priority.
This team was also refreshingly courteous

I had a really great experience with Paul and his team. They were extremely professional and efficient - the entire move took half the time I had planned for. Everything arrived with zero damage or scratches. And all of my furniture and boxes were placed exactly where I had asked in my new place. I had a really stress free move thanks to them!

We have used this company twice now, first when we moved homes and again a today to move some large pieces of furniture. Both times they were super efficient and professional, did an excellent job wrapping and protecting the furniture and came within the price estimate or lower. Would highly recommend.

I could write pages and pages on the great and stress-free experience my family and I had with Move4u, but I’ll try to be concise and informative. As we were scheduling a move to a new home here in Chicago, we looked at a few options and selected Move4u because of the quality of our initial contact with them. Professional team, very matter-of-fact, and with many invaluable pieces of advice, even before we even selected them. The move took pace over two days, one for packing and the other to move.

My request came in last minute and they have been nothing but accommodating. My appointment time was at noon and they came on time. The move was fast and professional without damaging any of my items. They also came out to be cheaper than the other quotes I've gotten. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The Move 4 U crew was great to work with from start to finish! We used their moving service for an office location move from one office building to another. Getting a quote was very easy, and their quote was the best we reviewed. They were very responsive in providing certificates of insurance to the buildings we were moving from and to, and moving day was so very smooth! Igor, Yuri and team were pleasant to work with and very efficient with packing and moving everything securely. Everything arrived in the same condition it left in. 15/10 experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This was our first time getting movers and we would absolutely use this company again when we move next time. They were very quick to respond and we had booked them a few days before our move. They were responsibly priced for 3 guys and a truck, as well as very quick! We had a 1-bedroom, 1-bath and it took them about 3 hours from start to finish. Look no further and book them!

In all honestly, the best moving company we've ever encountered.
The 4 man crew was amazing. They were on time, hard working, reliable, and extremely polite.
We will never, ever use or recommend a different company than this one for moving.
We gave the guys water to drink throughout the day, bought them pizza for lunch. Tipped them all after they loaded the van at house #1, and tipped them again after they finished house #2 for the day. They deserved everything and it was a pleasure having them.
You won't be disappointed with these guys!!

After writing my first review, Dan, the owner of Move4U, reached out to me to ask me if there was anything he could do to make things right. He said that he would've rectified the situation sooner had he known about my experience--which makes total sense. We spoke on the phone and I could tell he really cared about customer satisfaction and providing quality service. His apology was sincere and I was really touched by his willingness to refund me for my troubles. Move4U picked up the phone right away, answered and received all their messages and overall communication was excellent. A bit pricier than I wanted to pay for a "local" move, but did a great job moving me out of my house and into my new apartment
Why the 1 star? Well, my air pods pro that I left on my bathroom counter is missing and 3 of the guys at Move4U used my bathroom with my permission.
I called them to ask if anyone saw them and took them by accident and to do the right thing, but instead they gave me a story of how some one was missing a laptop on

I found Move4U from a Yelp search, and I am very happy with the service they provided. The quote was fair and in line with the industry standard . I had a company quote me a cheaper price for two men , but Move 4u offered four men, which I figured would save time. The move was so quick. They didn't damage any of my doors or walls. All of my belongings remained in perfect condition after the move. Also, I like that the company didn't try to nickel and dime me for moving materials. Very responsive with my questions while inquiring about services. I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my move with Move4U. Three people came, all wearing masks. They were so efficient with the moves that my 1 bdrm apartment was cleared out in 30 min or so. It was shockingly fast. The bill was also in line with the quote (actually lower than the quoted amount which was already reasonable).
I liked how the company accepted various payment methods as well- not strictly cash only like many other movers. They are fully insured and very reliable.
I had a small damage to my lamp and they handled it so well. I am for sure recommending them to everyone and anyone I know.

Wow. Move4U deserves the 5 star rating they have on Yelp.
My husband went through Yelp to get quotes from 4 different movers for our move. He chose Move4U because they responded quickly, seemed transparent with pricing/expectations and of course, offered the best quote.
They quoted us for 4 hours and showed up on time (9am). We have a lot of big… pieces of furniture that are a pain to get through doorways and are heavy. In the past, movers have said they "can't" or "won't" move specific pieces because it won't fit when in the end after a bit of back & forth they get it done. With Move4U
