This was one of the best experiences i have ever had with a moving company. They showed up exactly on time ,packed everything carefully and beautifully , prices were very reasonable ,everyone in the company was so efficient and responsive and they all were super professional and all 4 guys that moved us were so nice. I had some heavy cartons and furniture and everything arrived to our new home in perfect condition . They also disconnected a wall unit that was very complex, stored it in cartons and crates and put it in our storage room. What a pleasure it was to have such amazing support going through

I had not moved for nearly 20 years so I didn't know where to start. I reached out to Orion Moving first and was treated to the best experience I could have asked for. Thomas met with me via a FaceTime call and took a tour of my apartment and almost instantly gave me a quote.
He also reviewed their policies, what to look for in a moving company and lots of other details that helped me really understand what I was getting myself into. I received quotes from two other companies that didn't even come close to matching the Orion Moving quote.

Margott was extremely responsive both over email and phone. Three movers came with a truck. They brought tons of tape, blankets, dollies, and even some large boxes which they threw miscellaneous stuff in. Overall it was a great experience. They were super fast with bringing things up the stairs and weren't grumpy at all! Even with some super heavy, hard to move stuff. There was a minor billing issue, but they resolved it super fast. I'd definitely recommend Orion! 10/10.

They handled everything with care, boxed up my items and dropped them off in place perfectly! Moving is stressful but Orion and GG were the perfect solution to my move. Quick and efficient. Showed up early within the scheduled time, scouted the place and truck was loaded within 15 min. I had a studio apartment so there was about 20 boxes and a few loose furniture/items the easily took care of. Even though they were fast, nothing was damaged and they knew exactly what they were doing. So great, the building asked for their card to be added to their recommendation list of movers.
Unloading was great too. Easily complied with my new building regulations in moving in which was a round about trip to the basement then back up. Moved all the furniture to their designated

Our move was delayed, and we had to cancel our previously hired movers. Found Orion through Angie's List, and they were awesome. Easily met our basic expectations -- Items secured well and no accidents -- but they also far exceeded them.

From the customer service to the folks on the moving crew, Orion Moving was a huge revelation. They were communicative, available on shorter-than-usual notice, and incredibly affordable. They took great care of our stuff, handled delivery and assembly, and everyone we interacted with were personable and professional to a tee. They even arrived early and got us moving ahead of schedule.

I had great experience with Orion moving & Storage. I moved from my Brooklyn's 2 BR apt to Lower East side. on the delivery address wasn't elevator but guys did amazing job with doing 4 flights up without any complain. they wrapped all the furniture really well, wearing masks all the time for safety issues and the most important - they were super polite.
I was worried about my antique stuff but again, they know what they are doing!

We found Orion after shopping around for a while -- we were having trouble finding a company that wasn't super expensive or really pushy. Loved that pricing was clear and no surprises -- both in advance and during the move they took the time to really make sure we understood the costs and why any charges were there.
The movers were on time, fast but careful, and honestly just really nice to chat with while they moved us in. I hate moving, but these guys made things so easy and stress-free. Would recommend and use them again, hands down.

I will never use another moving company again! We LOVE this company and their team. Orion is truly the best moving experience(s) we've ever had. We used them a year and a half ago to move from the WV to BK Heights and it was truly seamless and honestly a delightful experience. Also, we weren't the best clients for this first move. We had boxes that still needed to be packed as well as furniture that needed to be moved out bc we weren't taking it with us. David & team went above and beyond to help us and even helped us do some of the packing to show us how to pack things in the

Super friendly staff, moved exceptionally quickly and carefully, amazing price. Everyone had masks despite how difficult it must be to move furniture in masks. They got back to us so quickly with a good price and were able to help us move on short notice (48 hours later). We couldn't be happier with our choice of moving with Orion. We will choose them for all of our moves in the future!
