I made a deposit and hired a national moving company for my local move and they backed out on me an hour before they were supposed to arrive. Compass Liberty Express saved the day and was able to move me within hours. They were timely, professional and affordable. I highly recommend Compass. I recently hired Jasean and his crew for a local move, and they were the best team for the job. As soon as I initiated a request for more information, Jasean quickly got in touch to confirm a date and time and gave me a clear outline of the costs. He and his crew arrived on time for the move and quickly had us loaded up in their truck. Our furniture was unloaded unscathed and well cared for despite the awful rain that happened while they unloaded. I highly recommend Compass Liberty and will plan to use them again in the future.

I had movers cancel on me during the time frame they were supposed to arrive so I was in a scramble to find someone to help. I called Sean and him and his team immediately came and saved the day! They were efficient, professional, and very personable. They were detail oriented and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

They showed up 3 hours late, doubled initial quote despite everything being confirmed prior via email, broke belongings (and did not compensate for them) lost boxes (found a missing piece of furniture on a different level of the parking deck after the move), unprofessional assistants, the list could go on and on. I’ve used them before with no issues but this most recent time was unacceptable. The owner Jasean is a nice guy but needs to improve his company’s reliability and execution.

Very professional service. I was working on finding a used piano. this meant searching the ads, visiting the sites and inspecting them before I could purchase. I liked having compass liberty express ready to coordinate the delivery upon finally selecting the instrument. Not only were they amenable to this, but they also worked with me and the seller to select the delivery date and time that was most convenient to both of us.
