Jonathan Monroy was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He was eager to fill in for another person who we were referred to but was not available that day. Worst service ever ! I bought my brand new car ( Sentra 2020 ) last summer since I got the car everything was fine until today, first I needed a oil change since I know I won't be able to do it the next few days and second the gas denser is giving the wrong reading I got a full tank and the computer said I only have enough gas for 190 miles ( supposed to be almost 400 ) any way I when to the dealership and Now they said I need to make and appointment, they said they are really busy and service is only by appointment only however if I walk in the morning they take walk ins fine really? I took my car in for a routine oil change. Mind you I'm paying cash!!!! I waited more than 3 hours for my car to be done. Girl told me it would be 2 1/2. Took over 3 hours and now they're telling me it'll take 30 more mins. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. Unacceptable. I will think twice the next time I need an oil change. They also couldn't find my car. People walking around with no mask.

I can't say enough about Juan Becerra. My 2017 Sentra was towed to the dealership because I was having acceleration issues. My thinking was it was a simple recall and I couldn't be further from the truth. After further inspection, it was discovered that I had a transmission issue. Needless to say, Juan advised me that they would probably need to keep the vehicle for more than a few days. I told him I needed a Loaner and he made certain that I was well taken care of with a nice 2021 Murano. The issues that my vehicle had have been repaired and Juan made the process very smooth. Had a brake noise with my car under 2k miles and they "repaired" the issue but as the porter brought me my car you hear the brakes squealing they wanted me to leave my car refused to give me a loaner and the service writer just walked away from me and seemed to care less if I had any work done there went to another Nissan dealer and got a lot better service.

I originally bought my car from star Nissan in Niles. By far a Terrible dealership that I will NEVER bring my car to again because they denied me service when my car had a check engine light on. I brought my car to al Piemonte Nissan and they did not hesitate to look at my vehicle as well as fix it. The entire service department was quite pleasant! This place has got to be the most despicable business I have ever witnessed. I called to ask a question of their service dept who is comprised of a scraping the bottom of the barrel man named Juan and his sidekick Carlos. They are both absolutely clueless. Carlos is unaware that having on accident and scratching someone's car, whether on private property or not, and failing to report it to the police is a crime. Anyone with half a brain knows this! Also, the rest of the 3-ring circus at this facility, Tina, Alfonso, Johnny lol, Sam and Emily, nobody could give me the general managers

I wasn't sure if I should come here to get an oil change. I didn't want to be bothered with anyone trying to sale me a new vehicle. I just wanted to come in and get the service that was needed. This place is shockingly ignorant of COVID-19 safety. We came in looking to test drive a car, but within a few moments of sitting down saw that very few employees were wearing masks. Many of them walked right by us without a mask on (not under their chin, just no mask in sight at all). There were also numerous customers without masks on, including a woman sitting at the desk next to us who was talking on the phone the entire time we were in there without a mask on. I took my car in for service and I was very disappointed to see that several employees were not wearing masks. In addition, there were no accommodations in the customer waiting area for social distancing. I felt so uncomfortable that I just took an Uber home and came back to pick up my car later. If I get Covid, I will definitely be able to pinpoint where I contracted it.

Came into Al Piemonte looking to trade in a car with negative equity. I have been to countless dealers that the finance department were not able to help, especially carrying over negative equity. Alvaro reached out to me interested in the trade. I came in the following day with no expectations of getting a bigger suv.
This is where Alvaro and his team went above and beyond. He was not only able to get a finance company to approve me but gave a bit over kbb for my trade. The pathfinder had a great rebate of about 6K which cleared my negative equity and gave me a fresh start.

Excellent service. The only thing I don't like is the new way of seeing if your car is ready, nobody told me to check my phone for service updates, and please tell your employees to wear mask. It was very disturbing to see the entire showroom and service area people not wearing mask. How can you tell patrons to wear mask and not one employee was wearing one, and they weren't practicing social distancing at all!!!!
If I happen to need service again during the pandemic I will choose to have a chair outside. I can't afford to get sick and die of Covid 19

If you want Covid 19, then this is the place to shop. No mask wearing going on here. Dealer asked if we wanted him to wear one, and then immediately pulled it down under his chin. Not one employee inside had a mask on , but most customers did. I guess that shows how much they value their customers. There are other Nissan dealerships. I suggest any of them over this one. (I see from other reviews that this continues to be a problem despite assurances that it won't. Clearly, the owner needs to get serious about this rather than making false promises on yelp reviews.)

Had an appointment for service. Not only could they not service my car but no one in this place was wearing a mask, in complete violation of CDC guidelines. Will not return especially during a pandemic.
Edit: I saw their comment below. NO ONE was wearing a mask. This place is a virus outbreak waiting to happen. They list a lot of safety features of their business in the comment but can't even convince their staff to wear masks. Sad.

I must say at 60 years old and a car buyer for 40 years, buying for myself, family and friends, I had once thought I had seen the worst already from car dealers. I was wrong. The dealers Sales Manger seemed very interested in selling a used car at a fair price. A price was agreed upon by phone. Arriving at the dealer to buy the car, he then raised the price by $2300. Approximately raising the price by 20%.

DON'T BUY A SENTRA! Nissan has been producing these with terrible quality transmissions(CVT) that breakdown prematurely as did mine since 2010!Unfortunately, if it happens beyond the 60,000 mile warranty, you're out of luck like mine did at 62,000 miles. But it shudn't be our fault they make them so cheap! There are class action lawsuits for 2010-2017 Sentras and they still have been getting away with it. UPDATE: I have since spoken to the manager and he has offered to resolve my concerns. He was very nice and professional. The fact that he made it right is why my review is a three star because what happened should never have happened.
