Excellent Service.
I ordered engineered brushed Acacia flooring for my family room. There we a few problems with the install. 1) One of the boards creaked when you stepped on it. 2) A small number of boards looked “scraped” instead of “brushed” (It’s just a matter of preference, but I didn’t like the “scraped” look). Cory bent over backwards to resolve the issues (way above and beyond the call of duty). He had the first installer (Alex) come out to fix the creaking board. Then he had by a second installer (Jordan) come out to replace the 9 boards that I didn’t like. Cory was

Cory, Patrick, Steve and the crew were awesome. Needed a complete floor redo on the bottom half of our split level due to a flood caused by a broken water main and KW was there to help.
Top notch customer service, fair pricing for both materials and labor, and a can do, willing to help attitude made the whole experience great, especially considering how stressful the flood itself was.

I've hired KW floors for a project. I must say I was overly impressed with the entire experience. Cory was extremely professional all the way through. He gave me a bid, got the job executed in a very timely fashion. And pricing was market value. All of it done while I was oversees!! I would've paid double for the services just for the convenience the company presented me with.
If there were 6 stars I would give 7.
