UB Hardwood completely lacks professionalism. I had UB refinish my floors in 2019 and they did a great job. There were some issues that needed to be resolved, but overall, they did a great job. Their owner Bob however is a terrible business owner. He lacks any knowledge of customer service and is completely arrogant.

Great service and a great result! I used UB Hardwoods in the past to have my floors refinished. Now in my new home we had UB replace carpet and match new wood floors to existing kitchen floors so the whole level of the house looked seamless. The techs were professional, on time and communicated well. They cleaned up after every day and the level of dust was minimal compared to the work done. I am now discussing a second project with them. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend using UB Flooring for your Flooring needs! It was such a great experience from the girls helping us select the products in the show room, to Shawn coming out to our home for an estimate and answering all of our ongoing questions, and finally having Tori and Ryan install our beautiful LVP flooring and baseboard on our main level!! Our home looks and feels brand new, thanks to the great team at UB Flooring. We LOVE it!!

To start my review. The floors look great and they did fine work. But, working with them and communicating with them was an absolute nightmare, so much to the point that we were considering filing complaints with the Department of Commerce for them to finish the job because we paid in full up front and were scared we would get ripped off. When we chose their bid to complete the work they agreed it would be finished by a certain date. That date came and went and all they did was point fingers at each other for why one thing happened and another thing happened. Even blamed my wife for not picking

They installed our new hardwood floor. I chose them because they were well ranked on Angie's list, were easy to work with and their bid came in below the competition. Their customer service is fantastic. The job was done well, although I have very high expectations, so one star has been deducted for that.
