This is by far the worst run business out there. The owner has zero compassion for not only her customers, but her company and employees. The main focus is income, and the customers are neglected. Defiantly would shop around if your in the need for hardwood floors, you will be highly disappointed with this company.

They had the poly that I was looking for that was not available any where else in the Twin Cities (Bona Mega Clear HD). I called ahead to make sure they sold to the public and they were more than willing to help me out.
The staff in the warehouse and in the salesroom were fantastic. Very helpful and answered all my questions and offered great advice. My experience was very much appreciated!

Nice showroom, welcoming staff who are willing to answer questions and give advice for the non-pro.
I like that I know I am getting the best product out there from people that obviously have been in this trade for a long time.
I've bought large quantities of flooring and gone in for just a few pieces and they have been easy to deal with every time.
