Grand Design is currently helping me out on a return claim with the manufacturer for a LVP flooring related to the 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. We have had the manufacturer out to the house to review the claim, and I am waiting to hear back from Grand Design. We have had a good experience with GD flooring thus far, so I hope this return is processed to our satisfaction. I will follow up on this review once we have resolution to the issue.
