Shaughnessy Flooring

We were sent to Shaughnessy Flooring to finish selecting and customizing our new construction house. We worked with McKaela who was very professional and made us feel very comfortable during this new process. Everything was very well organized and they presented quality products.

Asked about some pricing and was told to talk to pro source and talk to them. Save time and just go next door.

Unfortunately, we were quite unhappy with our flooring experience during our kitchen remodel. the installers did not show up or had an excuse to not install the flooring multiplie times, then when they finally did try to install it the flooring we picked out (over a month later!) it ended up being defective. we ordered another batch from a… different lot and it had the same issue. we finally ended up going with a "backup" option just to get the floor done... and I don't like it. :( the new option (LVP) has a consistent pattern to the planks that make the floor seem "striped".. The entire project ran smooth from start to finish. Our rep, Phil Boxwell was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and showed us the options that were available. Our installer, Troy Howell was very professional and arrived right on time. He was was top notch! Sadly, my dog made some scratches on my brand new floors within a few hours of the install. I messaged Phil and told him what had happened. He sent Steve Tank from their service department out to see if the scratches could be fixed. She gave valuable input on design elements and offered helpful insights of flooring choices in a variety of environments. Our sales rep, Phil Boxwell, was patient and helped us picked just the right product for our home. We actually had almost our whole main floor recovered while we were on vacation and what a treat to come home to!!!! The installers, Dan and Troy, did an impeccable job, so thorough, neat and professional! It was like we went away and Shaughnessy Flooring waved a magic wand!!!
