Services
Our installation is guaranteed as we account to all standard codes and above recommendations when possible. We will install over concrete slabs, heated floors, plywood, and all types of subfloors when possible. We will also always glue down when: planks are 7 or more, over concrete or heated floors and within a foot of the wall and when transition pieces are installed.
Matthew's Hardwood Floor is currently seeking trainees to become Master Hard Wood Floor Installers within our company. We are a family owned business which has only had up to three employees at a time, not including family. Reliable transportation: Because we are a small business, we cannot provide company vehicles.

Jamie is very passionate about his work and the level of detail put into hardwood floors. Our home project was complex and he worked closely with us to perfect the final product. Our railing system, staircase, and floors were all completed by Mathews Hardwood Flooring. Jamie took on each challenge and worked closely with us. When guests arrive, they marvel at the work that Jamie and his team performed. While he is a perfectionist, at times, he is more terse in his communication style which we grew used to as the work all came together. Thank you Mathews Hardwood Flooring for a job well-done.

We worked with Jamie Mathews recently on our main level wood floors. He's truly gifted in his craft, his depth of knowledge of wood floors is great, and we truly felt confident in his abilities. I really appreciated how he did a quick intake of our home's decor and helped us choose a complimentary floor stain color. He thoroughly explained the scope of the project and what to expect ahead of time. We hired Mathews Hardwood Floors to redo our kitchen red oak floors. We where thrilled at the excellent outcome - the floors look great! Similar to another reviewer's comments, its clear that Jamie has passion for his work. He is like a super floor geek! But its more than that...he is meticulous about the process, product and end look of the floors. His communication style isn't the greatest but we love our floors.

Mathews hardwood floors did my floor and step and put in a beautiful all quarter white oak floor and stain it dark and it looks amazing. Jamie is such a perfectionist and when above and beyond. The all quartered white oak steps look amazing also. I would recommend highly to any buddy that asked and was always on time and didn't leave any stone unturned. He was also very clean and had vacuums hooked up to everything.

We had a great experience with Jamie. He was very quick at being able to see our project and give an estimate. He was also able to get started quickly too. He gave us a specific timeline on what he would be doing and when. He put in long hours each day so the job could be completed faster.
