My wife and I built with Todd and Bart Denlinger in Tipp City at Rosewood Creek. They are awesome. They are easy to work with and absolutely straightforward about everything from the price to the process.
But most of all, the house they built is beautiful and amazing. They were so responsive and attentive, they made the process easy and basically stress free.
They were amazing in every way. My wife and I would build with them again tomorrow and in fact are talking to Todd about it.
