Ray and Billy did a great job at finding and repairing the hot water pipe with a hole in it behind the drywall. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. They had it fixed in no time. Everyone was so patient with me including Crystal and Katie in the office.

Problem quickly identified and repaired.Provided overview of what caused problem, recommended future actions needed to prevent similar problem. Leakage to basement occurred from over flow, Thomas reviewed and recommended alternative service needed. Purchased membership.Thomas was customer service oriented, knowledgeable and provided information to avoid similar future problems of same nature. Great experience.

We had had 3 plumbers out to address an issue before calling Quality First. Thomas was the only one who actually found exactly what the issue was and fixed it. I felt like he was putting himself in our shoes and recommending solutions that would actually help us and that we needed instead of just to make money. Our experience was so good that we joined their club and will recommend to all of our family and friends!
