Day before thanksgiving and my fridge gives out! I called every shop that was open and this was the only company to go out of their way to make an opening. They were very friendly and super speedy installing the part that had gone out. I can’t recommend them enough after saving my holiday the way they did

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
My wife and I called them to come fix our washer, and paid what they asked us to pay back in FEBRUARY. They said it would be 10 weeks for the part to come in, and yet they never came back or reached out to us. Horrible experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have also tried getting money back but never got a returned call.

John and Nick are great professionals! Cindy at the office is responsive and communicates well! They are competent and I'd use them again. I am currently waiting for the home warranty company to approve my repair, but so far this company has been a pleasure to deal with.

What a mistake calling this company! John said he had no idea what was wrong with our dryer and then charged us $80 for coming out to do absolutely nothing! He was at our house for 10 minutes.. Also, we are in a pandemic so it’s extremely rude and irritating that he would pull down his mask each time to cough while he was in our house. (I made sure I had the correct company before writing this review.) It’s sad that this company refuses to acknowledge that they need to change the way they do business.
