My name is Shane Moore. I am the owner and technician for Shane's Appliance Repair. I want to give you a window into who I am and how I got to where I am today. I have a passion in life for two things, my family and Appliance Repair. It is both of these things that have brought me to where I am today.
This flat rate includes the labor and diagnostic fees for one appliance. The Service Call flat rate does not include the cost of parts. The Service Call rate does not apply to sealed systems or compressor repairs, Gas Appliances, and Double Wall Ovens. If you have more than one appliance that is in need of service or repair please contact me for a discounted rate on the second or third appliance.
Much like your car, an appliance must also be maintained. Can you imagine how your car would run if you never changed the oil, replaced wearing belts, cleaned out the interior or rotated your tires? You would end up with a gas guzzling machine that doesn't run well and it will cost you a ton when it does finally break down.
At this time, we do not have a reputable company to refer you to. As soon as we establish a relationship with a new parts distributor that we feel comfortable sending our family, friends and customers to we will update our site. Due to unforeseen issues and poor business practices by the distributor we were recommending we have decided to pull our recommendations for that company.
From time to time we do have the opportunity to offer Appliances to our customers. Please always call us in the office to make sure that the appliance you are looking at is still available. Please note that all of these appliances are considered used. We do not cover them under any sort of warranty.

Our washer was so loud it could have had an airplane engine in it. It kept working, so I kept ignoring it, but our neighbor suggested we'd have to buy a new washer soon. Nope! Shane came to check it out, told us that both sets of bearings needed to be replaced, offered to fix it once he looked up the parts cost for less than I imagined, picked it up and dropped it off 2 days later, and now I'm washing my first load of laundry with the fixed machine. I could actually hear my husband talk during the spin cycle now! It cost about half the cost of a new comparable washer, and I'm really grateful for

I called an appliance company called Murphy’s when my dryer quit working. I waited about 5 days and called again. I waited a week and never got a reply! So I went back to searching who could service my dryer way out in Simla Colorado, or I could bring it in to Springs somewhere. I found Shane’s and was a little Leary with it being a small, family owned business but I couldn’t have made a better choice! Especially the small family owned business, they care very much about getting business, earning business and succeeding unlike larger companies who pay other people to represent them and of

Shane was on time, friendly, and competent. Shane fixed our dryer completely explaining it to me every step of the way. He even did a few extra things at no charge to make sure we were taken care of properly. Shane did great, honest work at a very fair price. I recommend Shane very highly.

Shane was amazing. He checked out our washer, did a quick repair and advised us how to keep it going without additional repair. Since he sells appliances too he could have told us it was shot and sold us a new one.

Awesome service. My issue was a fridge repair. When Shane arrived he explained what he thought the issue was and WHY he thought that. I appreciate his willingness to explain why.
He used my description of the issue to his secretary, given over the phone, to guess at what parts he would need. He came prepared for that and his guess was correct. He was able to complete the repair on his initial visit. I know it doesn't all ways go this smooth but my issue did.
Shane was 2-3 weeks out when I scheduled the appointment but it was worth the wait. I feel very comfortable using this business in the future
