When I was growing up my parents would take our appliances to Nelsons and or my father would get the part from them and fix it himself. I am, shall we say mature, and I bought parts from Nelsons the whole time my sons were growing up. They have never lead me wrong. Nice to know there is still a business like Nelsons around. Jonet K.

I have a very old table lamp with sentimental value. The switch went bad and I don't feel confident enough to do the repair myself. I dropped it off around 11am and they had it done by 2!! The lamp is brought back to life! Thank you!

Oh my goodness. We stopped by with two small appliances that needed repair. They were finished in such a timely manner. Such nice people and we are so pleased!

The glass part of my blender broke and I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere online. Was about to purchase a whole new blender, but then I checked Nelson Appliance and they had just the glass part! It was super affordable, I didn’t have to buy any parts that I didn’t need, and they have great customer service. Before you buy at big box stores or online, go support this incredible small business!

Person who answered the phone prior to coming down with my vacuum seemed knowledgeable and assertive in the info provided despite all of it being inaccurate once I was onsite.
Without even looking at my vacuum they were unable to help for reasons undenounced aside from quickly stating they don’t work on handhelds.
Was told to just call the manufacturer.
Offered $ just to have him look at it since he said if it was a simple fix like a blockage they could do it. He still wasn’t interested. Made a 60-second call to the manufacturer and turns out it is just a dirty filter or blockage. Because

I needed some parts for my 1965 vintage Oster Blender Galaxie. I called, yes, he has them in stock. Drove, went in, picked up and left. How nice!! He sticks parts for vacuums, carpet cleaners, pressure cookers, mixers...who knows what else!!! Great place! Go and see!

Used to be a GREAT repair shop. Now it'sFort Knox to get into. I need a vacuum and was going to see if I could get in for a pre owned? Must not be interested in business because you are supposed to call first? No doorbell or anyone that would be available to get inside with a mask. Very Professional and helpful. The problem was rapidly solved. We got a new coffee maker to replace ours in less than two weeks. Thanks "Mr. Coffee".

I I would first like to say that this place was recommended to me buy a few different people. They said it was a family-owned business and they did a great job and we're very honest and reliable. Great, so I took a 6 gallon humidifier to them for repair on February 25th. . I explained that it was a new humidifier and it turned on initially but then the controls didn't work and after I shut it off it wouldn't turn back on. I said I suspected it was a loose wire behind the control panel, maybe something happened in shipping. I added that I didn't want to try taking it apart myself

We brought my Delonghi espresso machine to Nelson Appliance Repair. My husband and I could not be more pleased with their service and price.
They give free estimates and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Also, they had it repaired in a much shorter time than expected (less than two weeks with a holiday in that time!) We drove from the Denver area and even if there was a Delonghi service center in the Denver area, we would drive to the Springs again just to have Nelson do any repairs. If any other appliance needs repair, we will take it to Nelson Appliance Repair. They are honest, polite

There are very few places one can take a lamp for repair. Home Lighting recommended Nelson Appliance Repair, so I took my pair of lamps to them for repair and replacement of bulbs to LED. They fixed my problem, notified me in advance that the interior LED bulbs were going to be expensive and gave me the choice of proceeding or not. The lamps were ready as agreed upon and the price was exactly what they quoted. I would recommend this establishment for appliance repairs. It appears they can fix almost any appliance.

I called with a Qn about a commercial pop corn machine and I explained the problem and they said yes they would look at it. I actually figured out the fix. If I hadn't I would absolutely have taken there. Used them before just awesome!!

I've done business with this company over the years and have found them to be a good source for small-appliance parts and repair. However, today I called to ask whether they carried a part for a microwave and received a curt, in my opinion rude, response. Wow just wow! This little hole in the wall is my appliance heaven. When I walked in carrying my Bissell carpet cleaner and Dyson vacuum, I was expecting to wait a week before having clean floors again. Not only did the associate fix my carpet cleaner in under 10 minutes, he gave me a loaner vacuum while they fix mine! I am very happy with this place. They were very friendly and eager to help which isn't something you see anymore. Will be a forever customer.

Excellent service. Very helpful. Dyson vacuum repair took only a short time while I waited. Showed me some special features of the vacuum of which I was unaware. Price was less than anticipated.

I filled out their repair form from the website and brought it with me. The young gal didn't even refer to it.

I was told 8 days before someone would get in touch with me about if it could be repaired and what the cost would be.

They took an extra 3 days to contact me and instead of leaving a message, just told me to call them back.

When I spoke with another gal - worst communication & customer service - she said it would cost $70! This charge is to replace the motor in a Waring Blender. I could buy a new one for that price.

I've used Nelson appliance twice and they are terrific, I heard their ad on the radio, no charge for an evaluation. I had been to another place prior and they wanted $49.95 to look at my vaccum, if They fixed it, the $49 would be applied to the cost. I was certain that the problem was minor so I took it to Nelson's, they checked and repaired it for $4, you can't beat that. I also had a battery tester that the fan had broke off, I had no paperwork on it but Nelsons' was able to find a fan and fix it better than new in only 3 days and just $24. After a very rude experience at another shop, we came here. The best part of the experience is that the frontman that took care of us was unsure that we were telling him the correct year. He checked the model number and saw the date stamp was less than two years. Completely repairable and under warranty! Taking all of my appliance repairs here in the future!

I have been taking my electric razors in to Nelson's for repairs for over ten years. Never had a bad experience with their service. I have purchases head cleaner for the razors that I cannot find elsewhere. Oddball vacuum cleaner bags are not a problem either.
If, however, you are looking to purchase a small appliance, do some price comparisons. I think that they tend to be a little high. That's the only reason that I haven't given them a five star rating.

Some of the worst customer service and communication I've ever experienced. First we were told that it would take 10 days to get the parts for our espresso machine, then they changed their tune and said two months, and THEN we were told three months. THREE MONTHS to order parts?? I've never even heard of that kind of timeline! They have terrible customer contact, and you should expect to call them if you want any kind of information. They canceled my order (without contacting me) and claimed that my husband, who is deployed and doesn't have a phone, told them to cancel the order
