Generally nice employees, but that's really the only positive I have to say. I hired this company after receiving a recommendation from my property management company. The first plumber that arrived to diagnose what eventually was determined to be a hot water slab leak did not have the locator tool needed to diagnose this. He removed a shower head while diagnosing, and luckily I already had a newer one waiting to be installed. He needed a piece from the new shower head set to rule-out something else. I had a floor drain back up. Under our washing machine. After reaching out on Friday they had the Plumber call me to schedule. Showed up on Saturday morning right on time.
So professional. Tate was his name.
Spent over an hour cleaning out the drain and had his hands full. Never complained.
Ran a cycle in the washer to make sure the drain worked. It did.
Cleaned up after himself. Had to disconnect the lines etc. he did an outstanding job.
I would absolutely use them again.... but hope I don't have too!! Haha!

The technician did not wear a mask and commented that he did not need to wear a mask. We asked him to wear one and he said he didn't have one. I will never call this company again for any plumbing repairs since they have not mandated a mask policy for the staff or the consider the safety of the customers.

Extremely disappointed with a quick and dirty pump replacement.
I joined our HOA board to help with plumbing and mechanical repairs at our complex. On the phone TCH Plumbing sounds good. When you see their work you will be disappointed.
One simple pump replacement turned into multiple issues that will haunt us until we get a reputable plumber on site to correct TCH plumbing’s hack job. They don’t follow manufacture’s directions. They left the old pump next to the new one and didn’t clean up anything. They installed press fittings too close to existing solder joints that can cause premature

My water bill had been increasing over time. I called TCH Plumbing at the recommendation of my HOA management. Chris was on time and very professional. I have been referring and using TCH Plumbing for any plumbing needs for over 3 years. They have always had a quick response and done a great job with clean outs, fixing leaks, replacing valves and soon a new water heater for me in a house we just bought. One of my friends had a sewer line issue and one company told her should would have to rip up 24' of flooring to access a sunken water line, I referred TCH and through their detailed inspection they only recommended 8' of flooring to be removed to make the repair, this of course was significantly less in cost than her previous quotes

I could go on for hours about how terrible my experience was with TCH Plumbing. I can appreciate that they needed to do demolition at my property to access the leak, and they did the job, but the customer service and communication were terrible. The worst I've experienced with a plumbing company. I had four different people communicating with me at various points in the process about breaking through walls to access pipes, and I had no idea what was going on until I finally got the owner on the phone to help me understand the total scope of the work, and he was patronizing and condescending, not

I called this company because they were listed as approved on the vendor list for my HOA. I was so glad I did! They came out in a little over an hour and Jerin, the plumber they sent was so nice and helpful. He explained lots of things to me that I would never had known. The work was excellent! If I ever need another plumber they will be my choice!

The water was set to be turned off for my town home complex at 9am, to my surprise if got shut off at 8:31am! I called the property management company and they didn't know why it was shut off early. While taking my dogs for a walk I saw a TCH van and thought I'd ask the technician (in this case Brandon, he didn't give a last name). Extremely pleased Snowbird in Phoenix! While fixing our main toilet our water supply line cracked behind the wall. My wife and I shut off the main water supply to our condo and started calling various plumbers in the Phoenix area. Our HOA management company recommended TCH Plumbing. Andy is honest, reliable, and responsible. I normally am not comfortable with service men coming to my house while I'm gone and my wife's home. Andy didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. My last plumber didn't know what he was doing. My toilet was leaking in the back and Andy fixed it. Not only did he fix it, he even sealed the base of my toilet and did a super clean job. If your looking for quality work and great customer service, Andy is your guy!

I'm a property mgr and have worked with TCH for several years now. They are always courteous, thorough and take great care of my tenants and owners. They respond to emergencies promptly and if there is ever an error or something not fixed right...they are back again no questions to make it right.
