Just Right Plumbing in Los Angeles did a big job in my garage that consisted of a leaking pipe that had burst and was pouring water all over. The pipes had rotted and they replaced the pipes with up to code piping and did a really good job in a very timely manner. They were very courteous, reliable as well as neat and tidy and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a job well done. This company was grossly negligent in a repair that cost over $2475. I hired Just Right Plumbing in December 2018 to fix a leak under a rental unit. They quoted me $2475 to replace the kitchen and laundry room plumbing from galvanized to PVC. I paid in full. In October 2020 the tenants I had there moved out and complained of moisture damage to their belongings in the crawl space. When they removed everything, my husband and handyman saw that the water from the kitchen sink was draining right into the crawl space - not connected to the new PVC pipes, and not even connected to the original galvanized

John, Juan and their crew came to the rescue on Christmas Eve to fix and diagnose a gas leak. They came up with a solution and worked tirelessly over the holidays to get our gas turned back, and also installed a new heater. They are hard workers, responsive and Reliable. Very surprised at the bill. stay away from them if you are a commercial customer, they told me they have higher rates for commercial. they had men at our warehouse restroom for combined 7 1/2 hours and charged $855 in labor using our parts. They replaced 2 sloan valves and rooter 1 toilet. There were only there at night because they were not busy and decided to start later in the day.

We have used Just Right Plumbing for 3 large jobs and each time their service and expertise has been outstanding. The most recent job was replacing the gas line from our house (built in 1944) to the gas meter on the street. We had the gas turned off Wednesday evening and I called Just Right the next morning (Thursday) and the owner John came right away and diagnosed the problem (he took at least three hours checking everything under the house). John at Just Right Plumbing was a lifesaver. Our heat and hot water gave out and I called several plumbers before finding John. My house is complicated, with solar heat and a gas backup, radiant heat and domestic water. John was the only one I found who would tackle it.

Of course plumbing problems don't happen during normal daylight hours, they happen right at 5pm when all the plumbers go home. I can't tell you how many "24hr" plumbers I called before calling Just Right, only to either have no one answer or they wanted to rob me in excessive extra fees for the after-hours situation.
Danielle responded to me ASAP, she immediately connected me to their technician Ryan, and Ryan made a concerted effort to fit me in. I even spoke to John at some point and he was on top of it too. All 3 of them were beyond pleasant

I will never use Just Right Plumbing ever again. I had them come out to snake my shower drain - after three separate attempts to snake the drain, each time pulling out hair, they insisted that the problem was not a clog due to hair but deposits on the sides of the line and that the only thing that could resolve the problem was to hydrojet the line. So they did that and then ran water through the line and it immediately started backing up. We rented an old house and we tried using the bath and it subsequently made crazy noises which kept my kids up at night. Property manager allegedly spent all day trying to get a plumber and finally told me after 4 that she couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday. I called Just Right Plumbing at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and he was able to get someone to the house by 5:45! Amazing with LA traffic. And the plumber walked in and new exactly what needed to be fixed. Excellent service, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them.

Do not thinking of going anywhere else. I swear this is true and i never met anyone from this company until the repair. I had 6 plumbers 6 prior to Just right pluming and not one of them had a clue how to fix it. 2 of them wanted to replace my whole system. 2 weeks I had no heat.

We are renting a house and the real estate agents use these guys. Just moved in and needed help with the water heater. Called John at 8am on a Sunday morning.
In addition to interrupting his Sunday morning, he was painting his house but was super helpful, super friendly and sorted it via FaceTime in under 10 minutes. I think I'm generally a good judge of character and John is a good character and certainly knowledgeable.

I called Just Right Plumbing and spoke to John. I described my problem and instead of charging me to come by, he just walked me through how to fix it myself, free of charge. Took about twenty minutes of back and forth, with me texting him pictures, etc. This guy is obviously from a different time, I will be calling him again when I have more serious work.
