Sold me a truck told me it was gone through and everything was OK. 1 week check engine light comes on. They said they'll fix it. After 2 weeks of driving it the transmission goes out of it. They are trying to charge me $6500 to replace it! Now I'm stranded with a huge bill! Do not buy here. Lies lies lies!

My husband bought a truck and within weeks there's been so many issues that we have been told it'll cost thousands of dollars to fix. Only 2 truck payments in and they want so much more money to have it drivable. Between the monthly payments, cost to fix, and a rental the truck is 100% not worth it. I'm being generous and giving 2 stars since 1 employee is TRYING to help us. The salesman seems to just want the money from an unreliable vehicle and not care about the family that needs it.

Josh brought me in, got me set up, and even went on a walking safari with me to get my earbuds I stupidly left in the car. Absolute pleasure and even with the crowd, I was in and out and back on my rounds.

The sales representative Patrick at the Milford location was excellent! He made my first new car purchase experience fun. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me so that I understood. I love that I didn't feel pressured to make the purchase and that Patrick went through all the resources to get me the best deal possible. He definitely knows what he is doing and loves his job! Ed was great to work with. He made the sales process very easy with no gimmicks or games!! I would definitely want to work with Ed again! We were in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours which included the test drive, etc. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Great job!!!

We worked with Travis. He wasn't pushy, he worked late to accommodate us seeing the car, and following that lead, the entire team was spectacular when we came back to purchase our car. The only thing we didn't care for was signing documents and warranties trying to be thrown in without clarification. If we hadn't had poor experience with this in past transactions elsewhere we wouldn't have caught this. Otherwise, we will definitely be back!
