I highly recommend champion plumbing. I had many complicated issues. They were able to explain to me what needed to be done, showed me the pipes that were affected and how they were fixed. They were on time professional and polite. They are now in my phone for future plumbing issues.

This is probably the worst company I ever had to deal with. We had some services done by technician David in November and had ongoing issues with the plumbing and every time I called and left a message nobody responds. Horrible customer service, do not use this company!! After $10,000 you would think they’d like to keep you as a customer but I guess not!!!

Called these guys at noon and they were here at 3:00. Vicente (Not sure how to spell his name?) he was Very Polite & Very Professional. He had the job done in minutes it felt like. Not to mention he cleaned up after him and it looked better than it did before! I would recommend Vicente for sure to anyone! I will definitely be calling these guys again! One of the best plumbing experiences I ever had! This company has a Great worker and I hope they realize that!

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.

They started work on my house Wednesday they came back Thursday And supposed to come back Friday again I didn’t heard nothing from them all weekend I called today to express my concerns and I was send to hell again I even explain to the lady I know you can’t do anything but to call your workers and tell them to call me but I need you to listen to… me because I am very frustrated and she continued ignoring me and trying to cut the phone call short costumer service horrible service horrible, save yourself some time and money and call a cheaper company

I am so pleased with the crew that worked at my house. They worked late hours even after dark to repair the sewer line. They are professional, courteous and friendly. I did some research and found the price to be fair for our area. They returned at a later date to replace the water line to the refrigerator ice maker. I highly recommend this company!

Very nice people! They were quick to respond, and extremely affordable! They were recommended by a friend because they were extremely honest when other companies were not. I wish I was able to use them to fix the problem but my HOA was contracted with a different company. I highly recommend!!

5 Stars We called our home warranty provider Tuesday and someone from Champion was there to help us Wednesday. Because of the rain and all the traffic some of the crew were held up so the Field Supervisor came out and fixed our issue himself. This company was very professional and pleasant to work with. We recommend Champion!

Found this company on line. They came promptly and the tech, Louis, was great. He was wonderful at explaining everything & was able to take care of our problem. He also gave us quite a bit of very helpful information. I would recommend this company for anyone in need of this type of service. We will definitely be a returning customer should the need arise. I'm sorry to say I did not have a good experience. I called this company on a recommendation from someone who was very happy with their work. I had 2 appointments -- one on 2/6 and one on 2/13. Both times the technician did not show up or call within the window. I get that plumbing things might run late but call within the window and don't say you'… re on your way when its not true. The work was not done on 2/6 because it was too late in the day. The tech tells me to call the office Monday morning and reschedule that he can come back with the correct parts to finish next week. I do that

Andrew was great. I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.

Andrew China, Jason Tharp, and the rest of the Champion team did a great job identifying and resolving my plumbing issue. Although it appeared to be a simple clog / simple fix, it turned out to be bad plumbing issue (bad steel pipe) from my 55 year old house and needed to be replaced. Andrew was professional and worked well with me to minimize the impact to my house and schedule. Even though no one wants to go through a major plumbing issue, the work was done with great quality and I would recommend Champion to others.
