I have been using Nautilus Plumbing for my house since 2007. They consistently do excellent work at reasonable prices. I have lots of nice things to say about all of their plumbers, but I also want to give a shout out specifically to Giovanni, Mike, and Sergio. I always feel like they remember who I am, even if it's been a while in between services. This is great because too often businesses make you feel like you're just a number. I highly recommend Nautilus Plumbing.

12/22/21. I had an issue this morning with my kitchen sink not draining. I contacted Nautilus Plumbing and spoke with Elizabeth. She advised the soonest available appointment would be tomorrow between 10 and noon. I requested should there be a cancellation, could she contact me. Within 20 minutes Elizabeth advised a plumber finished a job early and could be at my condo within 30 minutes. The plumber, Jesus, arrived on time. He carried his tools to my unit and immediately diagnosed and corrected the issue. I found Jesus very professional, knew just what to do, and possessed great people skills.

After 2 other plumbing companies came and made a mess before quoting us $1800 and telling us they needed to rip out the walls and rip up the deck, Jesus showed up and took care of the problem in a few minutes. He used a clever technique to solve the problem, ensured that the problem was completely solved via various tests, and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous and no-nonsense and wasn't trying to upsell me on work we didn't need. It was $120 total. We could not be more pleased with this experience, and we'll be calling Nautilus first from now on!

I don't know who usually hires this company, but they are sketchy at best. We asked for simple moving of a gas line, to which they found a mysterious water leak on newly remodeled kitchen, and said they would fix everything for 1550.00. Ridiculous, we are calling the previous company to take care of this, and see if there really is a outgoing water leak.

This is a honest plumbing company. We reached out to dozens of plumbing companies when we had a active water leak. Only they responded within 30 minutes. They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.

I requested service through their form on Yelp, and they responded quickly with details and with their own request for me to confirm a time, which I did for the next morning. Shortly before the appointment window I called to correct some information I'd provided regarding our brand of toilet, and it turns out they never received my appointment confirmation. I was told "the person who handles our Yelp appointments didn't tell us." Okey doke then.

Our bathroom sink sprung a leak which in turn made us have to turn off the water for the whole house. Luckily for us that they came out today to take care of us. I found Nautilus through a Google search of plumbers in our area, and I went with them because of their reviews. The apartment we are renting for the winter had some issues with the kitchen sink, and we ended up needing a new garbage disposal.
In short, Nautilus was great. They came out very quickly (within the given time window), and were always very professional (and safe - masks on the whole time). They clearly diagnosed the issues and the work they did was very good. When they left, the place was clean and everything was working as it should.

These guys have consistently done really good work for us over the years. Recently they helped us in an emergency situation with a leak and problematic pipes that someone else had put together under the house. They helped us repair both problems and did not rip us off. These guys were sent over by Fidelity because we had a gas leak. They were very professional. On time and went above and beyond to do their job! Great people, respectful, took covid precautions and did an amazing job. Mike who was the person in charged, made sure everything was done correctly, gave us suggestions about some of our issues we had with other things. I cannot say enough great things about them. I am so glad Fidelity contract them to come fix our leak. Thank you again!
