Can not imagine another company could have done as well. Starting with the quick response from Alton in the office (video/facetime estimates!!) and the fact that a November move turned into an immediate August move which was completed within one week, these guys ROCKED it. Now lets add on that they managed to pack 'part' of our house (kids are staying) and the new house is about to be remodeled so most things couldn't go inside! The movers were fantastic! They were friendly, efficient, helpful and conscience. They were careful with our belongings and helped us put the furniture in the right rooms. They brought mats for the floors to protect the carpet and hardwood. You will not be disappointed with the quality they provide. This is the 3rd time they moved us and I was still impressed!

Like so many other people, I highly recommend Birch Circle Movers for their friendly and utmost professionalism from the first phone conversation to my waving goodbye to the movers. Contacted Birch Circle Movers after reading reviews on Yelp, so glad I did. Due to the Covid-19 situation they were able to give me an estimate after doing a FaceTime video tour of our apartment. The movers showed up on time the day of the move and went straight at it, They also provided wardrobe boxes for us to load our clothes from the closet into. They busted butt and got the trucks loaded and headed to the new location. The guys were very fast, efficient, and professional. We hired Birch Circle movers for a local move. Everything from the initial phone call to the end of the move went fabulously smooth. The communication confirming the estimate and date of move was very detail oriented and seem less. The three men arrived just a few minutes later than expected, which was not a problem. The Lead DAvid, jumped out and introduced himself and asked me to show him around. David and Duke were extremely nice and communicated well. Best movers I've ever used in the Bay Area! After getting a few quotes they gave me the most reasonable quote that seemed to account for everything.
They were on time, friendly, and FAST. Packed up my 3 bedroom in 4 hours or so. Moved everything neatly into my new location, which in fairness was a garage ... in about an hour.

Great experience with BCM. We moved from one home to another in San Anselmo. They provided us 15-20 plastic bins a week before the move. This was super helpful as were able to "box" everything in advance. The crew was on time, friendly, hard-working, careful, and fast. And they let you hang on to the boxes for a few days to make the unboxing less frantic. Highly recommend these guys.

Birch Circle movers is hands down the way to go! I can't believe how wonderfully easy they made such a daunting task. We called Alton and he came over to provide a bid and got us on the calendar exactly when we needed to move. The day before our move we had two of the nicest guys at our house packing up everything in neat, organized eco-friendly boxes. We didn't have to touch or move a single thing! They were even thoughtful enough to leave out things we didn't remember we needed it, like morning coffee and a couple of chairs to sit in. On moving day we had two trucks and a crew

Ricki is equally awesome, along with his entire staff. They are professional, respectful, hardworking and made a very complicated project manageable for my family.
Let's just say, we inherited several generations of LARGE storage lockers. It involved two days, of donations, recycling, consignment and lastly dump runs. Oh yes, they also dropped off select items at my home.
They were very respectful to my family, during a time of grief and had a super positive attitude

Moving tends to be a stressful time however Birch Circle movers made it so easy for us! They packed, unpacked everything and sorted the kitchen in the cabinets better than I would have done it! All of the movers are friendly, flexible and professional. Birch Circle also manages my storage and anytime I need something from it, I give Rikki a call and he have my stuff delivered to my house the same day. I have moved a gazillion times in my lifetime, and I have to say that Birch Circle Movers blew my socks off! From my initial meeting with Alton for an estimate, to the phenomenal team, lead by Giovani, who made a very difficult move almost pleasurable, I was immeasurably impressed! These guys kept smiles on their faces through a long, arduous, and difficult day, and never complained or slacked off, even when I mismeasured two very large pierces of furniture and had to send them back to my old house and have them bring another piece back, and they never complained or made me feel stupid!

I was so impressed with Birch Circle Movers! They were recommended by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them myself after our wonderful moving experience. Alton was professional and friendly when he came to give a very reasonable estimate (far cheaper than other quotes we received). Movers Ed, Mike, Jessie, Angel & Lucas did a beautiful job both on the loading end and delivery. They were polite, competent and responsive in spite of the 100 degree heat. These guys are great! After watching them do a fast, thorough, and conscientious job moving my parents I decided to hire them again for another move. Rick, the owner, is a great guy who knows that moving can be an emotional process even when it is positive. And the crew takes care to do an excellent job moving your stuff, making sure it doesn't get damaged, and setting it up just how you would like. They are always early and fast as well.
Moving is really tough and chaotic and these guys have made it as good of an experience as possible twice now. Highly recommended!

Alton and his team of movers were great! The were professional from the very first phone call, to the estimate appointment, and actual day of the move. The movers were really respectful of our things and moved rather quickly, getting the job done quicker than we'd expected. The price was right and they did everything they said they were going to do. Excellent! just moved my dad to assisted living and now 2 days later I am moving him back. Birch circle movers were wonderful. They picked up the furniture, dropped some off at consignment and then moved the rest to the end location. even in the rain, no issues. when I needed someone immediately to pick the consignment furniture up, they recommended someone who was available within an hour!!! I couldn't ask for more during a very stressful time! I am using Birch Circle Movers again for the move back to my dad's home!

Birch Circle recently moved my family from South Lake Tahoe to the Bay Area. They did a fantastic job. I spoke with Bob initially and he quoted an accurate price. There were no surprises at the end.
The moving team did amazing, 2 movers came and loaded all of our stuff in just about 2 hours. We did have everything packed and waiting for them in the garage to help save their time. Then once we arrived to our new home, 2 more men joined the team to help get it unloaded quickly. They were so kind, even picking up stuff from a storage unit in SLT and dropping things off to our new storage unit.
