I've been struggling to get my wine fridge cooling for months. I called Appliance Doctor and they came out same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. I purchased a replacement part from the manufacturer and they came back out and replaced the part in under 20 minutes. The fridge is working great for the first time in almost a year. Very professional and great price. Highly recommended.

Great service. Our washer machine wouldn't drain. After calling 5 other appliance repair companies who all couldn't come for several days, I tried Appliance Dr. who came within a couple hours. Our technician immediately determined the issue was the pump and replaced it within 45 minutes. I'll be using them again for sure.

Another great job by Viktor!! Our dishwasher broke down recently with water gushing out when a cycle starts. The appliance doctor arrived at our home as promised and on time. He explained the cause of the leak and ordered parts right away. He then came back as soon as the part arrived and fixed up our dishwasher!

I had a large leak in my dishwasher all of the sudden. Appliance Doctor was able to arrive at my home within 24hrs and informed me that a rat ate thru my dishwasher waste pipe and a plastic part on the bottom of the dishwasher. The technician ordered the special part and all was fixed when the part arrived. I was surprised how efficiently he worked and very pleased with his pricing. Also, his time of arrival was always punctual and he never rescheduled on my. Having a functional dishwasher around the holidays is a gift on its own:)

I can’t say this company fixed my problem. They would have to show up to accomplish that. I’m not sure how many times one needs to reach out to get service. I left work early on two occasions to meet someone at my home only to have no one show up. No follow up. No call back. The lack of professionalism is off the charts. Not sure who is leaving 5 star reviews but I promise they aren’t real clients.

My dishwasher leaked and Viktor came to my place within hours of calling him. He’s very professional and his service is very reasonably priced. He explained to me what happened and even showed me the actual leak source during his diagnostic evaluation. He had to order new parts for my dishwasher and came back within two days to get it fully repaired. I know who I’m calling again if I need any home appliances repaired!

After reading the reviews I contacted Victor and provided him the details for my built-in microwave. He responded within an hour, schedule a convenient, same-day service appointment, showed up as promised, on time and fixed the problem within an hour. He explained what the issue was and the cost was more than reasonable.

I have been looking for years for honest, trustworthy and fair appliance repair company. I found this company, through Yelp. Viktor and his company are better than the company I had used before for years. While he was already at my home, I decided to have him clean all my appliances. He serviced and cleaned 4 major appliances for me, and did the most thorough job, and was not concerned about short cutting his work due to time. I have decided to begin to have him on annual basis to perform routine maintenance!

I requested a quote from local repair shops on Monday evening, I got an answer from two local businesses - Appliance Doctor won the bid! They were here 8:30 am as they said they would be and the whole project took an hour to complete! My double thermador convection ovens (9 years old) have been having issues in recent years, and those issues are always pricey. The latest problem was the ovens locked up after using the self-clean function & the control board would not allow us to re-set. Viktor from Appliance Doctor came out and was able to quickly fix the problem, reset the oven and adjust the temperature so that it was no longer cooking things hotter than the setting; in addition, he adjusted a door on our freezer that was lopsided. I needed a range repaired, and contacted several companies. Viktor was very fast to respond. He let me know the part I would have needed wasn't available for my old range, and even included a picture of the catalog that showed no parts at all were available any more for that model.
I asked for an estimate to install a new range, and again, he answered quickly. He gave me a good quote without, as others wanted to do, insisting on sending someone out to do a $50 inspection (which would go to the cost of the install) before they could even give me a rough quote.

Viktor is a clean, unscary guy. No problem letting him into my house or trusting him to do the work. He came over same-day, texted beforehand, undid my dishwasher and found the problem very quickly. He never let-on or blamed me whatsoever, but I suspect I could have avoided the issue by performing any kind of routine filter cleaning. Thanks Viktor for not pointing that out! That was kind of you!

Requested a microwave repair at my rental home in Charlotte, NC. The person in the office was very kind but appeared Busy - preoccupied to answer specific questions. There was lot of background noise - phone interference - made it difficult to converse on the phone.

Thank you Viktor for your promptness, and great service. My washing machine stopped working at the beginning of this week, I wasn't sure what the problem was, and was worried that it would take a lot of money to fix it. I set my appt with Viktor, he arrived on time, did a diagnostic, had the part that was needed, fixed it, and the total was a reasonable price. He was very professional, and got the job done within a good amount of time.

Victor from the Appliance Doctor, sent a text msg 30min ahead of time to verify if I was ready for his arrival at 10am. Victor was on time, he found the problem in a few seconds and knew what the issue was quickly. The price was GREAT! Only took a short time to make the necessary repairs. Incredibly nice guy. I must say, if you overlook the Appliance Doctor, you will be extremely sorry. If you have any appliance issues, I HIGHLY recommend the Appliance Doctor.

Messaged them early in the morning and they were able to get me set up with an appointment a few hours later. They were a little late arriving but was able to diagnose the problem and came back in an hour to fix our washer and get it up and running! Even through there was a delay in arriving at the appointment they did a great job getting the problem fixed right away and we didn't have to spend money to buy a new washer!!! Viktor was also very kind while he was in our home and took the care and concern to make sure we were taken care of.
