My washer stopped working, so I gave Southwest Appliance a call. I was greeted by a friendly and professional lady who took my information and got me an appointment for the next day. (She offered to call if an opening came up that day, but I told her mine was not dire, the next day was fine). I was sent a text confirmation with phone number and… time window. I was kept updated of a slight delay (30 minutes later than window time). Matt my technician arrived and greeted me with sincere plesantness. This company is great Matt and Mike wore booties and masks which we were really happy with…very efficient, the replacement part only took two days to arrive …I called Monday morning they came out that evening two days later the fridge is fixed…very reasonable priced as well…I have used repair technicians in the past usually through a warranty program and for the best part most are useless and the parts take weeks to arrive….so it was really refreshing to have polite, knowledgeable guys that knew their stuff…I will recommend Southwest appliance repair to all our friends.

Matthew came out to repair our dryer in May 2021. The pulley system went out. He was courteous, on time, and friendly. Because he just came out to replace the pulley system in May, when the belt went out a few weeks ago, the repair was covered under warranty. We highly recommend this company to all of our friends and family.

My experience with Southwestern Appliance Repair was excellent in every way. Their communication was great. The technician, Matt, arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and efficient. He clearly explained the problem with my refrigerator and how he could fix it. The estimate was reasonable and the repair was done as promised. Their communication and work ethic was admirable, which sets them apart from so many other companies these days.
