Never doing business with this company. They get a 1 Star because the work got done.
We had just moved into our new office down the road, and we figured we would support our small business neighbors. We needed some work done for our Cert. of Occupancy - water heater & P-trap under sink. Over the phone they quote me $170 an hour, plus parts and the water heater permit, but they would need to come out first to give us a better estimate. They come out and do the evaluation. I ask “170$ an hour, plus permit, plus parts, right?” He says “yes, I’ll send you the estimate when I get to the office

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would.
Have called this company twice to see if they were willing to provide an estimate for plumbing repair on my parents nearly 50 year old home. Gave the receptionist an idea of what it was my father might be looking for and where they were located and she suddenly seemed unsure if they could provide an estimate in their area. She then informed me she would give the owner "Gary" my information and assured me he would call me back and let me know.
This was on Friday January 24th. Never heard back.
Followed up with the company the following
