We had diamond do an excavation, in which they had to dig to get under the house to fix a broken pipe. After fixing, they did not put any dirt back under or filled it up with anything. We only found out because we were doing restroom renovations and noticed under the bathtub (where they dug) that there was no dirt or anything. It was completely hollow. Our tub could have fell in. As we expressed our concerns to diamond, they said they are not responsible for “structural damage” to which we replied, it is not structural damage YET, they simply did not finish their job and did not fill the hole

Installation 6 years ago went well with no issues in any of the products. I would recommend them for doing the initial plumbing in your home as my house was built way out in Gonzales county. I will say that when calling them to ask about a replacement kit for the tub drains and how to remove them, the answer I got was " we just replace the tub". This would mean about $4,000 worth of materials, products and labor just for a $50 drain plug. I figured out how to remove the plug, so not to worry, I didn't have to spend $4,000 just to get a new drain.

Very poor quality. Installed the wrong valves in two areas of our home. We had to have the entire walls opened up to replace the valves and ruining our beautiful wall finishes. They installed the wrong valve and blamed the problem on other things. Attention to detail is not their strong suit. SLOPPY CONTRACTORS!

Diamond Plumbing repaired my water heater and relocated the gas supply line for a new cooktop/oven that was installed. Their fees are reasonable and their technicians are very courteous and professional,. It's rare to find a plumbing company with such a high degree of integrity and honesty, and will continue using them for all my plumbing needs.
