I have finally found my regular plumber. After multiple visits from other plumbers that just did a band aid fix that didn't address the actual source of the problem, Austin came out and immediately started asking questions to fully understand what was going on.
I could tell he really knows his stuff and would be able to diagnose and fix the issue the right way.
The quote I received was what I think is a fair price, and I have every confidence that his work will be top notch.

Can’t thank this company enough for helping my mom restore Natural Gas in her home. They were very thorough in their work and making sure there were no other gas leaks. Great customer service we received from Ruben who was in charge of the work including his employees. Very professional and always on time! Would definitely recommend!

The website for this company says, "100% satisfaction guarantee" and " We treat you like family." I guess they haven't cascaded that information down to Austin, the plumber. He was rude from the very beginning, he was meant to assess my water heater at a rental property. Turns out the water was just turned off to the unit. I needed some kind of documentation to present there was no issues found for the water heater. He said, "All I can do is write up an invoice and charge you $89 for that documentation." I told him I didn't understand what the fee was for

Called repeatedly to no answer. It was only after I scheduled with another plumber did someone call back 20mins later to say she was returning a call. You return calls if you actually spoke to someone, not after neglecting the company phone and realizing you missed customer calls. Then to call them back as if it were intentional is both unprofessional and degrading on your company image.

Austin went above and beyond to fix my water issues during the Texas snow storm. I hadn’t had water for days. They came out and made sure all of my faucets and appliances had water. Checked under the house for other leaks and really ensured I was good to go. Grateful for such great customer service during these hectic times! 10/10 would recommend.

Was not affordable. The work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good.
I needed two copper pressure fittings, one shutoff valve, and 8 inches of pex plumbing, about $40 in parts and 15-20 mins of work accomplished in an easy to access area with no obstacles. Got quoted at $350 not including the $65 service call I paid prior to them coming ($415). After pleading with the technician he applied the $65 service call fee to the $350 quote.
I was in a bind having no running water in my house for about a week (sudden winter pandemic) so my options were limited and I needed water

We called Premier Monday 8/3/20 and they had someone come out first thing 8/4/20 (Tuesday morning)! Long story short my 5 yr. old flushed a whole bunch of wipes down the toilet. Although they are flushable wipes. It clogged even after using the plunger a few times it would not budge. We were closing on a home and needed a prompt quote for work required regarding a plumbing leak in the home. We were told a plumber would come out and send a written quote to us the same day for $40. He came out and could not find the leak we were referring to so he proceeded to call me and tell me about other jobs he felt could benefit us. I asked again for the quote we needed and paid for so we could close that week. I did not receive it until 8pm when I called to follow up because I hadn't received it yet. Water in one tub was not coming out hot. Austin came out the next day. Turns out it was just a quick fix to the faucet. The diagnosis and service was free! He also checked our water heater and other fixtures. Explained in a way I can understand and was very knowledgeable and professional. Will certainly call again. Thank you!

Not so sure about all the affordable reviews, the work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good. I needed a replacement shower cartridge I called for a quote and was advised they don’t give quotes over the phone. I was in a bind with full running water in my tub they came out and quoted a piece of 259.00 for ten minutes of labor and apart that’s under ten dollars. When I questioned it Austin advised that’s just what they charge. So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing

These guys are amazing. Austin came out and quoted the price and wouldn't close my file until he came out and personally inspected the work. He was a pro and very respectful.
They replaced the ancient plumbing in my 100 year old house and did an excellent job. Everyone I worked with was very nice and professional. There was a minor issue with the power being cut to the area of the house they were working on. However they went out of their way to make sure it was fixed and left everything just as when they had arrived.

Premier Plumbing is awesome!! First of all, they are open on Saturday, so we didn't have to pay the "weekend emergency" fee. We woke up on a Saturday with zero water pressure. I called about 10 other plumbers. Premier was the first to answer the phone. They came over within a couple of hours.
Toby and Joseph showed up. They were both very nice and professional. It took Toby about 5 seconds to figure out the water softener is too small for the house (it came with the house when we bought it not too long ago). He diverted the water away from the softener and, voila, we had full pressure

My hot water shower knob wasn't sealed properly and was causing water to leak from the shower faucet, but I had to have the pressure reduced before it could be worked on. I spoke with an older gentleman (I apologize for forgetting your name!) and he installed a pressure reducing valve on the residential side of the water meter and an expansion tank on top of the water heater. My water heater is a bit cramped in its closet, so the tank was as well. I do wish he had packed the dirt back down after he dug up the space for the PRV. Other than that, solid

I recently received a new water heater from my home warranty and had a different company that the home warranty company install it. We were having work done on the house and didn't move in until today and found out the water was not heating. Austin with premier plumbing was recommended to me and came within 10 minutes of me calling. He addressed the issue with the water heater and he also made time to is stall and fix the plumbing for our new vanity and install a new shower head and pipe.
