Gallos installed a water softener for us last year, and now we've asked him to help with a renovation project. I'll post again when the work is done, but so far it looks great.

Highly recommend Gallos Plumbing. The only company that helped me in my time of need. They walked me through turning off water to prevent further damage and showed me how to access water bypassing water softener. They are my go to company!

I first called Gallos Plumbing in September 2021. We had a suspected leak somewhere in our foundation. We didn't have a clean out, that was the first step. They installed a clean out, determined we did have a leak, pinpointed the leak all with in a timely manner.

Our home is over 60 years old, and while all this was going on Murphy's law hit and we had to have a new water heater installed, a PRV replaced and a shower leak repaired.

Somehow, Nelson and Dorian were able to show up within an hour of my call, which was spurred by a kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain at all and the pipes dripping beneath. They immediately recommended a different piping setup underneath the sink and got to work. They unclogged, restructured, and literally made the kitchen sink better than before. I happened to ask about how I’d fix a toilet that seemed to run constantly - it was almost 8PM - but they immediately jumped on that too. Especially given the recent freeze and deluge of work, and that our baby makes us very dependent on our kitchen

They should be considered a 10 star and beyond company, because that’s what they do, Show up and go up and beyond on their professionalism,their thoroughness and their skills in giving an awesome customer experience! I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with David. He said he would call me the following morning for an accurate time Juan (the owner) would come to my residence. I never got the call that morning, I called David back to get a status and he indicated he forgot and seemed not to care. What a great company!! They are honest and experienced. We will certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and family.
Our shower started leaking and needed the cartridge replaced. We weren't able to replace it ourselves so we called out another company who came out and without touching anything within 3 minutes told us it was going to be $700 to repair it as they needed to go in the drywall and replace everything because the cartridge was not going to come out. We were blown away. We called Gallos Plumbing and the owner, David, returned our call at 9:00 pm at night!! Without any promise
