I have called on these guys again and again and each time they are amazing. I have met and had work preformed by Alex, Dylan, Mike and today, Parker.
Each one of these plumbers have been wonderful fixing my various plumbing issues through the years. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and quick.

2 days before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink clogged up. I took off the P trap and realized the clog was under the drain under the house, so it needed a snake to clear the clog. I called Master Rooter and they promptly came out the next day. Brian Hall was the technician and he worked fearlessly trying to clear the line. Finally it broke loose. Brian was outstanding. And, the price was very low for all the time spent. Brian is an old school plumber with tons of knowledge and very professional. You just don't see that now days. Ryan and his team are the best! My tenant called me on Thanksgiving day and reported water was backing up from ALL the faucets, tubs, sinks. I called my home warranty company for emergency and they came the next day. They spotted that a sewer line in the backyard was broken and roots were clogging the pipe. However, they charged ridiculously high price and also pushed me for an option to use a tractor and take down the wall against the alley, which would cost extra to rebuild the wall after the work.

Hard to find good trusting help these days it seems, but Master Rooter surprised me. I had a collapsed Main Drain under my house. Ryan was the first one on site to help me understand what needed to happen. His communication was unmatched and every single guy that came to help dig out and replace my drain had a great work ethic and respected my place. The project got done in a timely manner and they helped me work through to cost as I just bought the house. For sure ask for Ryan if you have some plumbing issues. We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. I can't say enough good things about Master Rooter, I've used them a few times for small jobs but recently had to have my entire sewer line replaced and they just took SUCH good care of me. Always showing up when they said they would, they worked so hard to get the job done, cleaned every day, communicated with me throughout the whole process. We followed Alex from another plumbing company to Master Rooter when we needed a sewer line moved for a pool installation. Alex was easy to communicate with, came over quickly to scope the line & give us an estimate & to get the work scheduled. He also worked with our landscape/project manager to ensure the line was moved out enough to accommodate the pool. They had an emergency the day they were expecting to start the project, but Alex called me right away & let me know & they still got the work done on the original timeline. I put in a request for plumbing bids thru Yelp quotes. My issues were clogged kitchen drain and need new backflow preventer. Master Rooter was one of many businesses who responded to the request Yelp sends out (I have no control over who Yelp pick). Master Rooter they could come and give me a free estimate. He took time to explain everything in detail, he was so friendly, and he kept his word as far as anything he said he needed to do or timeframes he would return. I was under the weather and he was patient with me, he even checked on me one day that he returned to see if I was feeling better. On a larger note, Vladimill worked so hard to get the job done day after day.

I needed a new plumber ASAP to fix a pinhole leak on a copper line that we found during remediation. MR picked up the phone even though it was after 5pm. They were able to send Justin out the next day.

Sad to say this was our first and last experience with this company. We called because our kitchen drain was plugged and draining Reallllly slow. The tech was due to arrive between 1 and 3 but was late due to an emergency. No problem. However, when he got there, it felt rushed. He walked in, looked at the sink and asked if we had insurance. WHAT???!!! WHY was he asking that BEFORE he even Looked at the pipes and clean-out valve???! He then went outside to the cleanout valve where he made a cursory attempt at clearing the blockage and told us we had a pipe with a bend in it and the lines through

Well it started off fine, they had a plumber out to my house in 2 hours on a Saturday for a plugged drain. The plumber took a look and recommended to hydro jet the lines because the pipes are old and this is a reoccurring problem. $750 for the small jet and $1300 for the large. Being desperate to get the water flowing again, we went with the large jet. Another plumber showed up with the jet and was in and out in an hour. While we where waiting for the other plumber, plumber #1 somehow sold us a $5000 water filtration system. After some pricing and billing issues the owner reached out to me personally

Ryan, and Travis just left my home and I have to tell you how pleased I was with the service. Both were very courteous and polite; they came in, and within 27 minutes, they had it completed the job. I am still totally shocked about the $1,250 price this company quoted me for a small job. We needed new connections installed for our clothes washer and some pipes moved about 12 inches to make room for shelves. The tech said it was a 3-4 hour job, which seems about right, and somewhere between $50 and $150 in parts. That math just doesn't add up to me, as I don't think plumbers are worth more than $250 an hour.
The next bid I got was less than half. I can't speak to the work these guys do but I recommend you start your search elsewhere unless money is no object to you.
