One of my neighbors told me about the savings with solar energy and I got interested. It was a combination of being a little more environmentally aware and really putting a dent in the electric bill. And now, I'm very satisfied that I went with it. I had a very good experience getting started with solar express and my electric bill has decreased significantly. Should anyone ask about Sunrun, I would tell them to make the call.

Our solar rep, Alex Habura was awesome. He explained the entire process, financing options and even suggestions on how to get best results. The installers showed up as scheduled, explained the installation and even repaired/replaced some broken roof tiles (they have a sister roofing company). Once our solar panel installation was complete, we were shown how to view the systems performance both at the box located in our garage as well as using the smart phone and computer applications. The whole process went smoothly with good communications from their office.

Our solar panel installation went flawlessly, I'm fairly cynical about contractors and to find a company like Solar Express was happily unexpected. Their communication was amazing. Whether it was Alex our project manager keeping me in the loop on all the many steps via text (which I appreciated -- I'm not a big phone call person), to Daniel who answered my technical questions during and after install, to Paul who made the original sale and answered my thousand initial questions very candidly, to the team who came and managed to run cabling inside my very tight attic....

I highly recommend Solar Express. I met with representatives from five companies...and there are plenty more out there...and though most did a good job with their proposal, Mark Dowel of Solar Express did the best. He addressed my questions with his presentation, recommended the best panels in the market, a great roof layout, and the best price. Most importantly, Mark, Alex, and the rest of the team answered the phone and returned calls/texts/emails within minutes before and after the sale, throughout installation, and all the way to final inspection. Their dedication to customer service is rare

The representatives at Solar Express were excellent. They were very professional and nice. In fact, I would like to refer more. The enrollment process was very easy and my experience was very good. I trust Solar Express and I'm very satisfied with my decision to go solar. Its saving me more money than I thought it would.
