I wish there was a way to put less than one star because this company doesn't even deserve that. The person that came out I guess is the owner/operator I suppose, when he came he was fairly professional and then made a recommendation on what would stop my leak. He said it would be 95% chance that his recommendation of work that cost me out of pocket $325 would solve the problem. Not only did it not solve my problem it made my leak worse than it was when he came into my home. He then told me to wait a few hours and the leaking should stop, it didn't. I called him back later that day to complain

I called Speedway about a water heater issue, and the technician advised he would be at my home within an hour. The arrival time was about 30 or 45 minutes. He identified the issue, saw that my water heater was under warranty, filed an RMA and had the replacement picked up from downtown and installed by lunch time. I checked the cost of the service I was quoted against many other companies and it was at the lower end of the price range, and was exactly what I paid. I flushed a toilet bowl cleaner down the toilet on a Friday night and they came out right away and fixed the toilet immediately! They were beyond nice and worked quickly.
