Terrible service, the guys to try to fix my dryer did not work at all. He's not skillful enough and sure he did mention that he's not experienced enough. I pay them to get it fix and they have not fix it at all. The guy mention that their company is new and that all the employees are yet experienced enough to work alone. Im not angry with the guy but with the company who tried to hired people who is not skillful to this kind of industry.

I FEEL AS THOUGH I'VE JUST BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF $85. The repair guy assumed that my 6yr old (Whirlpool) washer was 20yrs old. He soon found out that he was wrong. He then made very little effort to find out the source of the problem before giving his "expert" opinion on what he thinks the problem is, then tells me that it'll be a $500+ fix. Everyone knows that for $500 you could go buy a brand new washer. I READ THE REVIEWS & STILL TOOK A CHANCE because my wife loves our washer. DON'T BE LIKE ME & WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE

They are great to show up when you first call. However, don't expect them to show up when you call back because the problem didn't get fixed. Been waiting 18 days for them to show this time. We call daily and they say they are coming that day and never show up. This place is a fraud. If you check with the secretary of state they don't even have an active business license. We had someone else come fix the fridge and said the parts we were charged $315 for had never been replaced. Also, Thomas Sturgill is the owner and he placed his own 5 star review. Stay clear of this place. They also operate under

This company puts an "A" in front of their name to be listed first in the phone book.(Known Scammers do that) They will initially pick up the phone quickly, but will vanish into thin air after that. They have many complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Look them up. They deleted my reviews from their personal webpage (which shows they only keep the good ones). Please do yourself a favor and hire a different company. You will be very disappointed if you choose this company.

Please don't do business with this company!!! Save your time and money and go with another company. They offer a $69 service fee to come out and will apply that to you getting the appliance fixed(Washer). The Tech (Brandon) came out and told me the motor was broken but didn't have any parts available. When asked how long it will take, his response was, "It could be 1 month, 2 months.... Some times we never even get the parts in" Well, I was able to find them online for $200 and can have them in 2 days. How can I (a consumer) get the parts, but not a company?? Furthermore, I can't use the $69 service
