Brock came to look at 2 appliances (fridge and washer). Was frustrated and annoyed because he was running late, we didn't even care about that as long as he was able to tell us what is wrong.
Then at the end we get charged $109 for each appliance when we were told that $109 is the service fee. They knew it was 2 appliances but all in one visit. Unethical of the company to charge a service fee for each appliance.
Won't ever use this company again.

The technician came to check the washer and he fixed problem in the washer but didn't fix the other one then when I called to find out why he didn't fix the other issue they didn't call back for over a week and when they did I confirmed that I won't be charged another service fee come to find out after he came and when we didn't want to proceed with fixing the issue that they want to charge the service fee. I would never use their services again.

I used this service on August 10th to evaluate my dishwasher. I was charged a $95.00 fee for service, which was fine. The company stated it was the MCB. I was given an estimate to repair the part. The part was $237 and the labor cost was $217. I attempted to call them several times to clarify what the estimate included and left 4 voice mails. I was never contacted, even to this day, have I been contacted. I emailed LG to find out that the MCB was covered under a 5 year parts warranty, so that would've been free and the labor charge was outrageous. I contacted another company and they came out and

Let me just start by saying that the overall goal of having my refrigerator repaired was accomplished, however, I noticed some areas of improvement and I hope the company will use this feedback to do better going forward.
The initial visit occurred on Tues, 7/6/21. The repairman (Brock) showed up on time but with no COVID mask, and seemingly no intention of wearing one because we had to provide it to him. I understand that the mask mandate was lifted however, when entering someone's home, you should err on the side of caution and wear a mask until the owner gives you permission to remove it.

The service was a disaster. They missed 1st appt said it was scheduled the next day. Girl who answers phone said we'd get a 10% discount for the following appt. The technician did not have the appropriate tools and had to look up everything on his phone about the refrigerator as he had no prior knowledge. Told me it would take $619 to fix what I… later discovered to be a replaceable part for $25. He then proceeded to argue about the door leveling bolt (which he did not know) and then wouldn't honor the 10% discount after I told him I wasn't interested and would only pay for service call

This is the worst service I have received in this city over the last 10 years.
We originally scheduled an appointment with them on a Friday. They changed the day of the appointment without confirming it with me and I had to call to find out it was changed to Monday. They then came and made a diagnostic and ordered the parts that needed to be replaced. I put a deposit for the work assuming there wouldn’t be any further miscommunications or problems. They sent out an email this time, BUT I did not confirm that we would be available at that time. They came while only my son was home and tried to

Very poor service. We feel like we got ripped off. Unreasonable and unprofessional. Brock came to our house, did not introduce himself, barely said anything to us at all. Charged us $65 dollars to look at our dishwasher and tell us that we need to buy a new one. Then charged us $95 dollars to tell us that a plastic lever was broken on our ice maker. Brock proceeded to tell us that the cost of the repair would be around $300. So we had to decide whether to pay $160 for NOTHING, or almost $400 to fix a piece of plastic on our fridge. We chose to fix it, and he came back the following day and fixed

Bottom line: unprofessional, irresponsible
If I were to write this review in April, I would be giving 5 starts. Now, in September, it is a definite 1. In mid-March, our 2.5yo LG fridge stopped cooling. Since Jax only has 2 certified LG techs, we invited the one that answered phone first - CD Appliance Repair Inc. They came out within a week, said… compressor is broken, and within the next 1.5 weeks came out and replaced compressor. I should have been suspicious from the beginning when he said that I need to disconnect water line going to fridge, and that they do not touch water connections

It took us 3 minutes to answer door while we put dog away. First thing out of his mouth was "IS YOUR DOORBELL BROKEN OR WHAT" then he proceeded to say F*^% you when we did not let him in the home after his amazing greeting. Super Classy Company. Do not hold your breath waiting for business from Nocatee anytime soon. Amazing Ring video for my collection.

The service technician, Dennis, was informative, pleasant to deal with, and gave an honest appraisal of the problem. He also provided a way to reduce cost of repair by half. Based on this first experience, I would call CD back for any future appliance repairs.

Lower cost. Charged $75 for a $35 heater element for a dryer and $56 for $16 thermostat. Plus labor of $165 for approximately $30 minutes of labor not counting travel time. Company is responsive and appears to know what they are doing, technicians are friendly and professional; however, cost id too high.
