Chaparral Plumbing was founded in June of 1982 by Charlie and Darlene Jones. Both Charlie and Darlene had been working in the plumbing industry and had numerous years of experience before opening Chaparral. Combined with a number of key employees Chaparral has been an ongoing successful business for 40 years.

They have made two separate appointments with me and have failed to show up to either of them. No call to inform me they are running late. I had to call to see where they were after the appointment window passed. We left several messages after the first missed appointment and did not receive a call back. Eventually I was able to get someone on the phone after about a week. The home builder called and stated that this plumbing company informed him the work had been completed so they could go ahead with other repairs that need to be done. Sadly, that was a flat out lie. I called them to fix a sink faucet dripping problem under 2-year new home warranty, they replaced the faucet and the new faucet is still have water dripping issue, I called them and they giving excuse not to fix the problem, I even talked to home builder's construction manager about it, after the construction manager called them on the phone, they sent a plumber over and tell me they will replace a new faucet and someone will call me tomorrow to schedule a time, the next day no one called me, they lied to me again.

This company was the plumber that our builder used. Sadly one of the caps on an unused port in our pex panel leaked about 4mo into owning our home. They came out and tightened the cap. About 3weeks after our warranty ended it started leaking again. You just cant go any more tight on these panels since they are plastic. They diagnosed that it was a bad panel and was warped so the seal on the port was bad. They replaced our pex panel a couple weeks out of the builder warranty. They stand by the warranty w/ the builder. Good work and good people who who stood by there work to fix something out of

Customer service is horrible. Girl I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Water leak at my newly built home, reported 2 days ago, still waiting for a crew to show up as told by the company. When asked about water Bill etc they said well turn the water on the house off? Are you serious? I live here. Would never use them on my own, just warranty work.

This is not about their plumbing service but about the manner one of their employees was driving on Spring Cypress on 2/7/19 between 6:30 - 6:45 am. Their truck license plate ended with 8225. This driver had no regard for safety as he sped weaving from one lane to the other. Extremely dangerous driver that definitely needs to attend drivers education.

I was very disappointed in the service we received from this company. We had to call them due to the warranty on our home, they gave us a time of noon-five to come, so I took off work half day to be home when they came. They came earlier, with no phone call, talked to my daughter, who is not the homeowner. My daughter said he didn't even turn the water on in the sink, he claimed it was another problem in the short 10 minutes he was there, and said to call the appliance people. The problem has nothing to do with the appliance. He did not thoroughly assess the issue, and left no notes
