UPDATE: Unfortunately, during the installation, I heard glass break. I went and looked in the bathroom where I heard the noise, and one of their employees was in there and just kinda shrugged. I looked at the window and everything seemed okay, so I thought nothing of it.
About a month later, I noticed that a crack had started to appear from the corner. It was small, so I decided not to worry, but as the fall/winter months started getting colder the crack began to expand and lengthen.
I reached back out to the associate I’d been working with there, and he suggested that I have someone repair

Three out of 7 windows installed required warrantee work, All American would not work with the window manufacturer to solve the problem. I did that work.
Window trim was not finished as specified in the contract.
To obtain a minor refund (about 10%) I had to file a complaint with the construction contracting board.

We had a new sliding door put in to replace our very old aluminum door. The installers were quick and professional. I had some adjustments I wanted made to the trim, and they worked with me to find a solution quickly, completing the project same day, on schedule.
Marc was very responsive and helped us find the right door solution (I was very indecisive) at a good price. Our dark, new Andersen Fibrex door looks great, and we couldn't be happier.

We had few companies come out but All American Windows were on time and gave us a honest price. They didn’t have 3 different prices, they gave us the best price possible and we could not be happier! The workers were very hard working and the new windows make a big difference. This company communicates exceptionally well! Highly recommended them.

Marc Castro was highly professional, prompt in his responding to my inquiry for a quote, drove out to my place on a Sunday to give me a quote and went out of his way willing to provide me with support I needed when I broke my large bedroom window on Saturday. Although I ended up getting the glass replaced by a company who was able to just replace the broken window and not the entire single hung structure as quoted by Marc, I was impressed with his customer service all along the way.
