All Service Glass did a great job replacing the shattered glass on the 1927 home's large exterior living room window and interior storm window. They phoned to confirm appointments on the day they came and showed up on time. The glazing work was first class and is smooth and clean. They used masks and kept their distance to avoid virus spread. I would definitely use them again.

ASG replaced two windows at my house over the course of a couple weeks, one of which was a large bay window. Shaun was very friendly, responsive, and lightning-fast to get the glass ordered and the work scheduled. He and James got the work done absurdly quickly and tidily, and even kindly fixed an over-enthusiastic spring on our screen door while they were working on the front window. ASG does high-quality work at an excellent price. Can't recommend them enough!

The best! Shaun was fast to reply to our request after some recent vandalism to our store front in Sellwood - he gave me an estimate on the same day I called too.
The 6' x 8' double pane glass iwas nstalled in less than a week and was he was even flexible on the day so we could do it when our store was closed. It was by no means an easy install either but Shaun helped me understand how to direct a third party to help with the molding preparation and all went smoother than we could have expected.
5 stars for everything from price, to install, service and cleanup! Not the kind of service you hope

Two of our scoop shops were broken into each with broken glass as the point of entry. I called and received service the same day with a clear explanation of cost and how long it would take to replace. As promised we received our new glass and are back to normal with a short amount of time. Very professional, kind and considerate of our business.

So I get a call from my awesome tenants and the door slam from someone else in the building broke a transom window, leaving shards of glass that could fall out at any time. I call Shawn literally 2 minutes before 5:00 PM, he answers the phone (miracle) and minutes later we are all set for an appointment the next day at 10:00 AM. Absolutely fantastic service 2 minutes before closing with next day response, just freaking brilliant!!!!

Amazing service and very friendly. We had a chip in our living room window that started to crack. I called the team at all service and they responded quickly, gave us a quote and had our window ready in days. The install took less than 20 minutes and the team was respectful and so nice. Buyer beware, especially if you're a woman. Had a broken single pane of glass measuring 24 x 30. I was told it would cost $475 dollars to repair! Yes, that's right. Shaun quoted me nearly $500 dollars. Got the glass cut myself ($21) and installed it myself (took roughly 20 minutes). This company seemingly takes advantage of women. Highly dishonest and unethical.

A window was broken from a bibi- gun shot. I looked online who can repair broken glass without having to spend a lot of money and found these guys. From the initial call to finish, All Service Glass was on top of it. One phone call. And it was done. I appreciate the promptness and courteous service they provided for us. Shaun answered my call right away, was very cool and after learning about the situation, was upfront that he's booked up 2 weeks but gave me the number for his father Don, since it was a wood window replacement and he does those. I could tell right away that he's honest and looking to serve his customers well rather than just make a quick buck. I would definitely recommend.

Called All Service Glass to see if my failing bathroom window could be fixed. I got a call right back from Shaun and he sent Allen out that day to take measurements for new glass. I got a call immediately once the glass was available and Allen came back to install. In no time at all my window was fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the process was. My experience with All Service Glass was absolutely wonderful. The glass door on my business was shattered during a large snowstorm and declared "state of emergency" in Portland. We are extremely happy with this glass company! We had a break in at our Westmoreland business on a Sunday and we were on vacation. We dealt with Shawn and he took EXCELLENT care of us! Not only did they come on a Sunday-they took interest in our case and picked a shatterproof glass that makes it harder for them to break in.
