I belatedly realized I didn't leave a review for Ryan/Catalyst Construction... I'm getting ready for another project and I was so pleased with their window installs done Spring 2018. Reviewing our communications I realized I fell down getting a review out there! Ryan installed an egress window and replace 3 others in my basement. I got three bids and Ryan's was very competitive as well as had good detail, which I appreciate. The whole process was smooth and communication was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed working with his crew. They cleaned up after every day and were very thoughtful and communicative

Nick and crew did an excellent job on the 1 egress and 3 awning windows. It started with timely and thorough communication including a few trips to the site to properly plan and describe the work. Once the job was underway the installers were courteous, professional, and clean. Really couldn't have been happier start to finish and would certainly recommend Portland Egress to anyone looking for a reasonably priced high quality install.

Portland Egress installed an egress window that turned a basement room into a bedroom. They dug out the hole for the well, cut the concrete for the new window and installed everything. We were impressed by the professionalism of the workers and the care they took to shield the other parts of the basement from the dust and dirt while doing the work. I highly recommend them.

Working with Portland egress window was truly a pleasure and we cannot recommend them enough Nick and his entire crew were extremely nice and professional. They installed an egress window in our basement and replaced all of the other smaller windows. The quality of the workmanship couldn’t be better and the price was very reasonable.

Ryan and crew were prompt, professional, and fair throughout our entire job. Portland Egress Windows did a great job at a reasonable price. The Prime-Tilt window impresses everyone who sees it. It really is an amazing window to see in action. The entire crew was very polite. James went above and beyond to make sure the job site was clean going into the weekend even though they were going to make a work mess again on Monday. Ryan the owner was on top of every detail and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best window and options to meet our needs. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell to make more money

Portland Egress Windows provided excellent service and work at a reasonable price. Work was done according to timeline. Ryan was very responsive and great to work with. He was also gracious enough to put together a bid for me for another project, even though he did not need the work and I ultimately changed my plans. And he was great with my dogs! Would definitely recommend.
