I give up with the service dept. Everytime I go in there is an issue. First issue was last month they never did an oil change when i dropped it off for service, they called me to say it was ready to be picked up& the car was never serviced. I had to bring it back in the next day for it to be done.
Car was dropped off for a recall yesterday, picked it up today& now the car won't start. Nothing they can do today. My car is in worse condition then when I dropped it off. So clearly they are rushing or not paying attention if they can overlook an oil change and mess up a recall . They need to Pay attention

It's not my name. But I did purchase two vehicles from your dealership; one Optima and one Sorrento. You told us that the Sorrento was just fine when we brought it for service at 96k miles; we were concerned because because it took qt of oil with every fuel fill. We never had an issue like that any of the many SUV's we've owned in the past so we suspected that you were lying to us. Then when we brought it back at 101K you told us the engine was shot and the vehicle had no value. We found hundreds of similar stories on the web so there's definitely an engine issue with the Sorrento, but you deceived

Will never recommend this dealership to anyone. After purchasing my car in full from them it took forever to get my plates. I was promised a battery for my key and had to constantly follow up on getting temp tags. My plates arrived 2 months after I purchased the car. I was told their affiliate at the DMV was away then she was out sick. Once my plates arrived I was charged an additional fee which they failed to include in my payment and stated they would mail my plates. A week later no plates. On October 26th I purchased a used 2016 Kia Sportage from here and they were very fair and nice people. Maria let me take the vehicle for a test drive and it handled great and I could tell they just put brand new brakes on the car. I just wanted to thank Maria for being an all star sales rep, very down to earth and no pressure at all she was fantastic. On October 26 I purchased a Kia Sportage 2016, the experience was very pleasant I purchased the car out right and they were very easy to work with I would especially recommend Maria she is very kind and nice and was very helpful, she was my sales agent. Now all I'm waiting for is the title to be shipped to my house but everything went great. If I was you in my opinion I would ask for a Maria if you go there to buy a car. The service dept is what is getting the 1*. I had a service appt to diagnose an issue that is under warranty. I go in they take the car in wait an hour to be told ok this diagnostic will take too long you need to come back. I go in for the second scheduled appt that they needed to keep for the day and arranged a loaner for me, and I get there and they had given away my rental car, no call, wasted trip. Reschedule for another appt they assess a part is required and have to order it and they will call me when in. When there I provided an updated phone number and they write it down on my paperwork

I tried buying a car from them - very hard sales pitch by sales manager (mike?), big huge dog walking around the dealership (intimidation tactic?). Unfriendly.

11/21/19, more BS from Motion Kia. Long story short....our Kia Sorento has an ENGINE RECALL. The dealer wants us to pay 40 dollars for an oil change so that they can "test" the issue that we have had several times. 2x the engine was completely OUT of OIL after driving 2 or 3 thousand miles. They told my wife to "check the oil every time you go to get gas" until you can bring in for The test. She is driving to Maryland with my 2 teenage boys this weekend. She should not have to worry about the engine blowing up and getting stuck. Motion Kia says this is their policy and how they

Repeated visits for squeaking. Keep fixing one thing and does not fix it. Then the guy says sometimes when you fix one thing it causes a squeak someplace else. Who says something like that . Con artists. Mr tire fixing it Shocks and struts. They said it was obvious and they saw the work kia did which was the wrong thing. Not going there again

So I've been waiting for a week for a manager to call me back about an issue with how my recent lease end and car purchase was handled. I have contacted them twice and been assured "a manager will get back to me ASAP"...and nothing! You've lost me as a customer and I will never come back to this dealership for any type of maintenance let alone buy another car from here. This is not how you treat customers.

We purchased a car my son here. Steve was great. Also liked Howard Weiss. Everyone is very friendly and nice here. The cars actually drive real nice. I happen to rent one and was really surprised how nice they drive. Everything went very smooth and they're very helpful with getting the car prepped quickly I was glad they were not high pressure especially for the post sale with the financial part.

Ive been going to Motion Kia for service for years. They were good with me until they hired the new service writer - Sita. If I could give her negative stars, I would. I came in for a routine oil change and she told me I needed to have a $499 oil change and the filters replaced and some other work that sounded strange to me. I checked my owners manual and it said those services didn't even need to be done. I told her that I didn't want to get the services done and she threatened me and told me she was going to take away my tires for life! I also have a few friends that go to Motion

I purchased a car at this dealership, with 2 days the car started vibrating, when I called the dealerships you report the issue, without explaining exactly what was going on, there were able to tell me they need to order a part for my car. So they knowingly sold me a defective car. Here we are less that a month after they claimed to have fixed the car and I'm having more issues with it. Worst dealership ever. Purchased a brand new car from here , friend of the family and will never buy from here again. Lied to about free services and they ran my credit 6 times destroying my credit taking now 2 years to built it back up. I gave permission for only 1 credit run, not for it to be ran through 6 banks.
I just found out that the car which was purchased brand new had repairs done to it prior to me buying the car. This was never disclosed. Plus I got ripped off for my trade in and the purchase value of the car.

Went in and worked with Andy, had no difficulties communicating with him via email and he supplied very detailed and well informed descriptions of the cars they had and what they could do for me.
I had spent a large portion of my day here discussing and working with Andy on finding me a car to fit not only my needs but my budget as well.
We worked together and found a car that was perfect for me, at a price that was more than reasonable!!
Honestly all I can say at this point is that I LOVE the car that I got, I really enjoyed the service and knowledge I received from Andy and expect nothing less
