Darrell did a fine job for the most part. Communicat4ed well and did what he could with the price. Overall I was VERY disappointed in the pricing for the head unit. I could have gotten a warranted head unit on my own and have you code it and put it in but BMW was against that leaving me no choice but to pay $1500 or so for the unit. I will not be purchasing a BMW again. I've never had a car whereby the head unit went bad after 115k miles.

Fabulous experience at Bridgewater BMW!! In a world of limited options, they got me into the car I was dreaming of - a M340xi - somehow in exactly the color and options I wanted! Joel was an awesome sales consultant - very honest and actionable - not pushy at all - but got it done at the right price and timing. He walked me through the lease vs purchase options and helped me explore the best direction for me. And Brian is a great product specialist - he prepped the car for my pick up so perfectly - and walked me patiently through every aspect of the car’s features, driving and tech. HIGHLY recommend

My service representative Monica and her co-workers put their best foot forward in representing the dealership (the service department in particular) The only disappointment was that my car was not washed & cleaned prior to my picking it up even though I let them know what time I would be arriving. As a first time customer and purchaser of the oil change maintenance package, that's not a good look.

This experience was the poorest I have had at a dealer. First wanted a loaner and scheduled an appointment 4 weeks out in order to have a loaner. The day before my appointment I was told no loaner will now be available and I would need to wait another 3 weeks. I chose to just some in on a Saturday and wait. Was given 9am appointment and was asked when I needed it by. Was being nice and said before noon (3 hours when told it would just take 1.5 hours when including wash). I got a ride and did some errands and had another important appointment at 1pm 15 minutes aware from the dealer. I never got

My third BMW. BMW of Bridgewater could not have made buying my new car any easier. Joel was absolutely wonderful. He is personable and we had a wonderful test drive. I picked up a certified 2019 430i for what I felt was a very reasonable price given the environment. They even took my old BMW for a fair trade in price given the condition it was in. Brian was so much fun to be with as he showed me all about the new car. This is really just a really nice dealership to do business with. Good people who are very helpful. Highly recommend.

I came in out of state to look at a 2018 340i. The staff instantly greeted me at the door and I was quickly acquainted with my sales women, Savitri Persaud. Throughtout the entire process from test driving the vehicle, to signing the final paperwork, Savitri went above and beyond in helping me and going over all the options. It’s hard these days to find people who take you seriously and treat you kindly and respectfully, especially when making a purchase that’s so large. Very well managed BMW showroom and the staffs are super helpful in arranging test drive for M8 grand coupe which others have refused to provide. Even I will compare this with Audi as competitors and open road Audis attitude is so bad. This showroom helped me to chose my first super car and I am very happy with the service. Hope to get the car delivered sooner.
