For over 7 years, TT Glass and Windows is a locally owned, family owned and operated business based in the Bay Area. We provide residential and commercial window & door installation, repair, and replacement services. Come look, touch, open and feel our selection of mirrors, shower door enclosures, window/door selections.
There are two different window installation methods - pocket installation and full-frame installation. With a pocket installation, only the sash of the old window is removed and the new window is then placed into the existing frame. While this installation process tends to be quicker, and typically takes about an hour per window, pocket installation does limit you to replacing only within the existing opening.

Excellent customer service from Maylynn. She was patient, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate good people like her because sometimes when dealing with businesses the person attending is rude, impatient, and act as if I am bothering them with questions. Not at TT Glass, Maylynn answered my phone call, gave me a quote without pressuring me or making me feel like I was wasting her time. My Father in law and I went there, she greeted us, got the measurements for the glass that we needed and got it to us in less than 15 minutes, wow! I needed to replace small bath window glasses, 2 panels of 17" x 9", one side had a crack and the other had broken seal. The first shop I contacted quoted me at $545, shesh, I could get a whole new window installed for that price.
My 2nd call was to TT glass and price was much more reasonable. I went ahead and have them replace the glasses. Everything went smooth and quickly. They came out to measure the glass the next business day, ordered the glass, and replaced. All completed within 3 business days.

TT Glass & Windows is awesome and I cannot thank them enough for helping me and my boss today. Our store was broken into and we needed to get our very large window replaced right away. I work at a another job were our front glass door needed to be replaced due to a brake in. I recall how they came out and changed the class without any problem. So I knew who to recommend to my boss to use for service.
Sure enough we called and they asked for dimensions and also pictures. We took pictures and measurements. They called us back right away and since we were not sure about the size they came out

This glass place is great! Fast service and good quality work. The girl that runs the place is friendly and very helpful, hands on. We came there to buy 3 pieces of glass and it was ready before we could even get a truck to pick it up. Fast. The work was very precise and they took extra care to help us load and make sure nothing got scratched. Two thumbs up!

Good service. Nice people and quality product. They did my entire house and some smaller projects. They are good at what they do. Their warehouse is a little hidden in the back though. I recently (one month ago) had a custom glass table top made for our midcentury Danish coffee table. It was approximately 60" long and 20" wide, with curved edges so it was of utmost importance that it be cut and polished accurately and with great precision. We have young kids in our home and I knew I wanted to protect our table from water stains, Sharpie markers, melting ice, etc. :)

I was asked to provide pics and dimensions of a window which needed glass replacement. I sent dimensions of the full window (left and right panel) with dimensions including both panels along with a picture of the window. I was sent quotes for replacing only one of the panels. The problem was only evident when the installers came out to replace the glass and only replaced one side of the window.
I would have left it at miscommunication but the person I spoke with said she had advised me that only one panel was being replaced and the quote was for that. I definitely do not recollect it being pointed

Requested a quote for a window repair was told they would get back to me after I sent over dimensions and a picture. I called for an update was pushed out again for another day. Never got a call back the next day so I went with another service. If your too busy or unwilling to do a job just communicate that with the customer.
