When we arrived on Saturday morning to find the windows of our small business shattered, we weren't having the best start to our day. That changed when we spoke with Rachel at AWS. Not only was she exceptionally professional, she was sympathetic to our circumstances, too, which meant a lot to us. Rachel assured us that her team would be out to assess the project quickly, and they were. Within a few days we had three brand new windows up, and this was even before a very hectic Thanksgiving. Well, we give thanks for having worked with such an amazing company.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with AWS. From the quote process to the final install everything was great. We had a new glass shower door installed. Pricing was right in the middle of all the quotes I got but the service was the best. Dain did our quoting and scheduling and Tony and Jorge did the install. They cleaned up everything and were very fast and paid attention to details. They wore masks too while inside which I appreciated. Will hopefully use them when we eventually install new windows.

I need to replace my patio sliding glass door, so I request a quote from several companies thru Yelp. Some of companies have no response, some of companies replied me (one of them said they don’t take job below $4000), Dain is very responsive, he always answers my questions quickly and give me an estimate promptly. While other companies said sliding door is out of stock and average waiting time is at least 2 weeks. Dain works his way out to get Milgard sliding door ready for me in one week. Tony and his teammate install the door very efficiently, all works are done within 4 hours with good quality

I was looking for a team that is reaponsive and can do the glass shower door and panels for our two bathrooms as quickly as possible with a fair proce. The American Window Specialists were all that. I got immediate reaponse after requesting a quote. Next day some one measured and a week laterhigh quality glass was installed in our shower with nice hardware. Perfect service. Highly recommended.
