Excellent, professional, efficient! From beginning to end Cal Window & Fireplace and Volheim & Sons provided incredible service! Everyone was courteous & helpful. Johnny Agnone who came out initially was knowledgeable and informative. The team that installed our windows was neat and tidy and took great care to do a thorough job. We work from home and, as disruptive as it is to replace windows and doors, we could barely tell they were working. They were sensitive and responsive every step of the way. Cannot say enough about our great experience! They were highly recommended by a number of neighbors

Service Service Service! Sean and Nancy are extremely helpful in helping me obtaining a fireplace. They would explain all the different types and pros and cons of each. Not only the service, the price is unbeatable. The shop closes promptly at 4pm but Nancy was so nice and stayed after hour to wait for my delivery so I could pick up. If we could clone Sean, the Manager, and put him into every company in this country (not to mention the government), we would do so! We originally bought our gas fireplace from California Window & Fireplace, in 2000. We called for service, but an error was made in installation of the wrong part, and it came to light when I questioned the charge. The company (Sean) rectified it immediately, and insisted on giving us the right part without charge, and were amazingly kind, apologetic and wonderful about it. Mistakes happen, and service technicians sometimes in the rush of life install incorrect parts

Sean and California fireplace and window team pulled out the stops for Jenny and to get our new fire place in by Christmas. Sean was great to deal with, did not pressure us to but etc and gave good advise and we got our fireplace installed it looks great too.

Family run business that has been around for decades. Very knowledgeable staff regarding products, features and guiding clients in a non-pushy way. Felt they were more competitive then other suppliers. Always felt they were honest, along with excellent support with installation and communication as needed. Nice people to work with too!
