Integrity windows redid all the windows in our basement. They came out and measured, help us pick the windows we wanted to order and gave us a quote. They ordered the windows for us and scheduled to come out, they actually ended up coming out early! They called us because they finished another job early and wanted to see if we wanted them to come install our windows a couple days early since the rain storms were coming in! They were quick and did a great job installing our windows!

Albert and his team did our windows and doors in 2016. Like every California home, the homes shift and opening our door wasn't as smooth as it used to be. We called Albert and he came to help us re-adjust our door to get it back to new. He was super speedy and we're thankful he came by even for a small job.

Second time we did business with Integrity. They found that previous doors and windows were not installed properly and corrected the problem with a reasonable charge. Workers had to do some custom cutting for upper trim piece due to slight height difference. Could have done it quick and dirty, but took some extra time do make it look seamless and professional. Really appreciate their attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Our old patio door was giving us problems, and needed to be replaced. The first place I always look is Yelp. I'm very particular who I would consider to do work on my home, and the reviews I read of Integrity were just what I was looking for.
We drove over to their showroom to see what is new in doors, and after they showed us all the options available, we ordered a Milgard patio door for our replacement.
On the day of the installation, the crew put up a plastic barrier to protect the furniture in the room where the old door was removed and the new one installed. They did a perfect job

My 88 year old mother needed a new slider as she could not open her current one. I acted as her subcontractor and read all the Yelp reviews and went with Integrity Windows. Fast quote process and reasonable pricing. COVID-19 supply chain issues has impacted everyone but Integrity kept me updated on status of parts and new install dates. They got door installed in a day as promised and my mother loves it. They did a great job and I didn't have to do more than just be there.

Did a lot of research prior to getting a new custom patio door installed. The quote/order process for me was done all online via email, I worked with Ragina and she was super responsive, great attention to detail. This review is for the quote experience. I have been in the market for new windows since last year and taking my time exploring and researching. By far, this quote experience took the longest at 2.5 hrs. I did not expect this length, for most other quotes took about half hour. I missed a couple of work meetings because of it. But, the gentleman was very nice, and very informative.

Great experience from sales visit to clean-up. Work quality is excellent and very professional. For example, blocked rest of room with plastic/drop-cloths. Good service. Had a small snafu on the glass tint in one room. They fixed it for free even though I was willing to pay. Came back promptly to finish job when a product issue delayed a window install. Timeframes are stretched because of Covid-related manufacturing issues. Good e-mail communication with office to schedule etc. Would highly recommend Integrity.

This has been one of my best experiences with any type of home improvement project. We had integrity replace over 20 windows at our home. From the very moment of initial consultation through the measuring and installing phase Integrity stood up to it's name. We recently had 18 windows replaced in our home in a historic district in Sunnyvale. They were all done new construction. Integrity did a great job. We were very impressed by the crew that came out to work. They were professional, punctual, clean, and paid excellent attention to detail in doing the window trim to match the historic nature of the house.
