3-shelf one sided office machine cart is designed to move valuable office equipment safely. 8-shelf library cart is designed to move large quantities of books, legal documents efficiently. There are 32 liner feet of usable space. All purpose high quality carpeted office dolly is designed for fast and efficient operation.
We offer short and long-term storage solutions. Our storage facility is clean, climate controlled, video monitored and fully secured. Our vaults are specially designed to protect your personal belongings until you are ready for a delivery at your new place. Free blanket wrap is offered throughout your storage stay.
Earlier the better. In order to get your preferred move date it's wise to give your moving company 2-3 weeks notice, if possible. Careful Movers is licensed by both Public Utility Commission and CA State Department of Transportation. We carry all proper insurance and always ready to provide it on your behalf.

These guys were amazing! Brian led a team of 3 movers and they went through it all so fast! We did a move from a 500sq ft apartment into a new place and the whole process took less than 4 hours. That includes packing up literally everything from the first apartment.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Great service, very friendly, would certainly use again!

Jose, Jose, and Gilberto did an outstanding job. We unloaded a large Pod container and they had time to help with assembling furniture. They were on time and worked quickly and safely to put everything in our place in 4 hours. They also unloaded our yamaha upright piano and took extra care to wrap and protect the piano for unloading. The company did a great job explaining the services and costs and they contacted me to coordinate the process.

Careful Movers was recommended to me by a friend --- because her friend gushed about what a good service they provide. I used their moving service and their junk removal service partner. I did not use their packing services --- after my move I wish I had.
So, the moving service is very automated in terms of how they quote and communicate. You speak to a person to receive a quote. My move was small, so no one came out to actually view my home. The move was within the state of California. Honestly, the quote was higher for me but the circumstances made it acceptable.

The Careful Movers team was wonderful from start to finish. From my first call for an estimate to final details when moving in, everything was done professionally and accurately. They wrapped and moved all furniture from our four bedroom house as well as loaded the boxes we packed. Then they met us the next day as we moved three hours away. They showed up promptly and got it work! Our furniture was unloaded, built and placed properly. They even helped with rugs and setting up where needed. They were efficient and careful. Great moving company. They showed up on time (actually 10 mins early) and they were totally professional. They moved really fast with 3 guys basically taking care of business. Wrapped up my 1 BR apartment and moved it into my house in 5 1/2 hours and did it in the rain, but no complaints at all. They were awesome! I'd hire them again easily!

Worked with Careful Movers starting in 2020 when we had to move my daughter home from college and didn't know how long it would be til she moved back to SF. We arranged storage for her belongings and were given a reasonable rate, less than I expected which is good because we ended up storing her belongings for 18 months (!) We finally moved her belongings back to her new apartment in SF. In both cases movers arrived on time, assembled furniture correctly and were courteous. My family and I used careful movers to do a move from Menlo Park to the north bay. Saying this was a huge mistake would be an understatement. It started with Christian, the salesman who quoted us an amount that ended up being more than double just to move our stuff into storage which was confusing to begin with. We thought the total quote from Christian to move our furniture from our 4 bedroom house was $3700 which was actually just to move our stuff into their storage unit. Careful Movers were essential when I had a big office item to move from my dad's office to my house. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily over the phone, and they were prompt and made a lot of effort to not damage my house in any way when moving the item. 3 months ago we moved from a 3 bedroom house in Sunnyvale, CA to Redmond, WA (886 miles). The communication of the rep was clear and the flat rate price was attractive, relative to other movers. Upon a concern if everything will fit in one truck, an estimator visited us and ensured that it will, with clear and nice communication, for free; so we made a decision to go with Careful Movers.

I moved 14 times in the last 25 years, both locally and across the country. I have to say that, while no move is ever perfect, Careful Movers was one of my best moving experience. The logistics team is very friendly and pays close attention to details. The moving teams (I had a different team of 3 movers at each end) was friendly and hard working. I spent the whole ~ 4 hours of each move with the movers to guide them when packing/unpacking. I think this is very important. Too many people want to "stay out of the way" and stay away. It is always better to instruct movers as they work

The driving trip to SF was smooth and quick. We are charged double-time for the driving time, as that's a moving industry standard in CA - makes sense.

Great company!! Very friendly and professional. They showed up at the beginning of their window and went to work immediately. They were efficient and I never had to repeat any placement/packing request. All my items arrived safely with no damage, and they took apart and rebuilt several pieces of furniture quickly. They were not the cheapest option I looked at, but I am glad I went with them as they are of higher quality than most services I have used for my past moving experiences. I will definitely use them again!

From receiving the estimate, to working out the details a few days before the move, and disassembling/reassembling some furniture, the team at Careful Movers was terrific! As their name implies, they are very careful movers! We were very impressed with everything about their operation. The estimate they made at the beginning had to be modified because we changed the schedule twice for moving but they stuck to their original estimate. They were very efficient at packing and unpacking our goods in the beginning and the end of the journey, and we liked the crew a lot. They were a very careful group, especially considering COVID-19 concerns. We were very happy with Careful Movers.

We had a great experience with Careful Movers, in particular with our 4-person crew of Alejandro H., Beto, Alex Rico, and Eduardo. Based on the reviews, I was hoping for something good, but I was still surprised by how careful and considerate the entire team was.
